Be aware travelers with family especially with minors, this is NOT the place you want to stay. I was mislead by the description on Expedia. It says a “couple hotel”. It’s actually a love hotel. I guess if it serves as its intended purpose, it’s ok. Otherwise it’s not. Plus it’s in a remote area. If you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 15 minutes + to a nearest gas station and get gas station food there, the walk back. Me and my teenager had to check out after one hour and taxi to a hotel at Kuwana bus station. Taxi was about 3000 yen. I basically lost my one night hotel money and the hotel refused to refund. Expedia stuff was helpful trying to help me get refunds because of misleading descriptions, but the hotel refused. I rarely write reviews but this time I feel like obligated to do so. I don’t want in the future other traveling family to get the bad as I did. I strongly urge Expedia to do something to make the hotel change its descriptions.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is an older hotel but absolutely blew us away with the room and service provided. The room was huge, had everything plus more. The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us. Thank you for going above and beyond in communicating with us. Your hospitality won’t be forgotten. Well recommended hidden gem in Nagoya.

My room had a jacuzzi and a slot machine and a massager and awesome room service and lots of other things. I just wish they had a vending machine for water

It is a perfect hotel for couples! My girlfriend and I had a great time staying there with the nice entertainment provided and the nice facility in the hotel room! But you need a car to get there. The parking is also convenient!

The hotel is not really close to any train stations. I got off at Asahi station which is just a stop with nothing around but just houses. You will not be able to find a taxi or a bus. My options were to find a place to call for a taxi or walk 3 miles with my luggage to the hotel. There is no wifi and you can find a circle k after 15 minutes of walk. The room is really nice and clean. There is a tv in the restroom with a big tub that has a jet stream function when you're taking a bath. The room comes with a massage chair, karaoke machine, playstation console, TV, slot machine, coach, handheld massager, an uncomfortable bed, and condoms. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere next to a lot of houses. There are a lot of couples going in and out. The hotel staff is nice and helpful with limited English. The room smells like smoke even though it is a nonsmoking room and there is no central air. I do not like the smell of smoke so I was extremely uncomfortable. I had a hard time breathing so I couldn't really sleep there. I managed to open the window but it is hot outside. I slept with the ac on and the window opened. I complained and they offered me other rooms but they all smell smoky. So tough it out and let restless early in the morning. I inhaled a lot of bad air and my chest was congested.

Simple check in. Totally worth it for budget trip. You got extra service for your money :) Warning: TV (Adult content)

I was so disappointed since you didn't even mention that the hotel is Love Hotel. I traveled with my daughter, found out that the hotel is not a decent place to stay. the location is served the secrete place. I left the hotel after checking in for about 15 minutes,spent for more than $300 for this hotel.It was very expensive compare to another decent hotel.I think you should at least tell us beforehand that it is love hotel.

アメニティが沢山あり重宝しました　 お風呂のお湯を入れるのにわかりにくく少し困りました　朝食の野菜にドレッシングがあると良いと思いました トーストは薄いし堅かったかな？ ナガシマスパの旅だったので公式ホテルより随分リーズナブルに宿泊出来て良かったです

2連泊し、途中清掃は不要としましたが、スタッフの連携ができていなかったようで、タオルや飲み物サービスやその他の補充ができていませんでした。 ですがスタッフの対応は良かったです。朝食も良かったです。お世話になりました。メンバー登録しました。
