We were absolutely delighted with our stay and pleasantly surprised by how lovely this hotel turned out to be. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our three-night visit such an enjoyable experience. The price point was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would gladly recommend it to others.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Thank you for a fantastic stay

The pictures are misleading , the hotel is plain , the concierge recommended a tourist seafood restaurant and we threw up for 24 hours. Awful experience and the icing on the cake is didn’t refund my deposit 500 Euros yet!!

We stand that hotel for four nights excellent service, especially during the breakfast time our server his name was Antonio. Fantastic. He did a good job. I recognize him. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Generally clean but the bed was not king sized, quality of breakfast was mediocre at best. At best it is a mediocre 3 star hotel. The best feature is their exceptional reception desk.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast buffet and knowledgeable friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay or recommend Epic Sana Lisboa.

This place was absolutely amazing

No Hotels Premium benefits offered , Room was somewhat dated with parts of the room not working. Service wasn’t very good at all throughout, housekeeping entering room without knocking - tried to reach out to resolve issues during stay but had no response. Wouldn’t stay again

Very nice and clean hotel. Buffet breakfast was superb!

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Spa area including pool and work out room were good. Staff in the rooftop pool bar were excellent, as was the food. Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery.

Amazing 5 Star Hotel

Not much to do in this area except a large shopping mall…

I would have given this property an overall excellent review, however they were not well prepared for the power outage that hit Portugal. The generator they had could not power the elevators, so we had to use the stairs. That was doable except there was no lighting and it was completely black and very dangerous. They should have provided some sort of emergency lighting on the staircase. Cell phones were used, but you had no way to charge them and most needed to conserve the power on their phones. Also, no emergency light in the room, flashlight, battery candle, nothing. The room and staff in general were great and very helpful. Location was near some good restaurants. Attractions were about a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

Very lovely hotel. If I come Lisbon again I would stay here.
