Hotel is excellent. No staff service was needed. Liked the restaurant near by.

Good location. Facilities satisfactory although shower broken at bracket and had to hold shower while washing. However attempts to fix it were observed however this made it worse as the screw was dangerous. Wi-fi not good.

The front desk clerks were very pleasant and always greeted us. The breakfast was very good. My only wish is that they would provide more than 1 pillow per bed and a hand towel in the bathroom.

We stayed for one night as a stop over and it was perfect. Very clean, great staff and clean. Would us it again for sure!

Really helpful and good value room and breakfast. Had evening meal in nearby Campanile restaurant and received discount. Very kind and helpful staff us large good disabled room. Only suggestion for improvement would be automatic doors as hard to hold and get in... needs 2.

Great room very suitable for disabled. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Only downside the front door was not automatic so takes 2 to get in. Breakfast area compact. We managed but other than this would have been 5/5. Will book again

very nice ,clean and quiet ...after a long day driving

We got there late and couldn't get the automatic check in machine to work properly. Fortunately a hotel receptionist appeared. He sort of ignored us and went into the office but then at 4 PM, the hour the office was supposed to reopen it did and he was then very friendly and helpful. I think our problem was cultural differences at first. There is not much in the immediate area of the hotel but it is a short drive to downtown Bordeaux and the hotel was an excellent value

Unassuming hotel, pet friendly, clean rooms, basic breakfast (not free). It's perfect to stay the night if you have somewhere else to be because there's nothing around.

Very clean hotel. Location nestled in neighborhood, but easily accessible. Bed felt a bit too firm after s long day in the car.

Comfortable and clean for one night stay. Horrendous traffic around Bordeaux so was glad when we finally arrived. Basic breakfast buffet.

just watch that you arrive after 16.00 during the week as there is no reception so you cannot get into the hotel.

WE have stayed there three times now, but were a little disappointed with the beds - a bit plank type. Staff are helpful, friendly and the place is always looking good. Breakfast adequate when travelling to get you on the road.
