Very good hotel in Natal. Attentive and polite staff, spacious, airy and clean room, good bed and shower. The breakfast is very good.

The beach and the pool were nice although the pool water was not clean. The property is just average. The rooms are really outdated. It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience.

This hotel is in a great location being on the beach. Nice pool and breakfast was good. It is an older hotel and they dont take really great care of it. I did not have very hot water bur the air conditioner was great and in a good location where it was not blowing directly on me. No elevator and does have stairs. You can walk to some food locations.

Great hotel in a great location within walking distance of Ponta Negra shops and restaurants.

a) I liked the atmosphere, good sea view, cleaning... b) I didn’t like the Checkin process. It very tough and the STAFF must be trained to GIVE GOOD WELCOMING for arriving guys...

Had a good stay. Enjoied the pool. It needs some work but I'd stay here again.

O quarto estava legal, ótima limpeza, café da manhã muito bom, piscina legal, área de jogos fraca, não tem serviço de praia, não são todos os funcionários com prazer em atender.

O café da manhã é bom. Aceita animais de estimação, cobra o adicional de 70,00 reais, sem problemas. Contudo, não disponibilizam nada e nenhum espaço para o animal. O espaço que disponibiliza é extremamente precário, pequeno e no sol.

Poderia melhorar a variedade e pratos mais saudáveis no café da manhã, assim como a reposição dos alimentos e espaço. O bar da piscina estava faltando coco e pouca variedade de sucos da fruta.

Boa acomodação, porém cobram estacionamento dos hospedes, as refeições são muito caras no restaurante do hotel

Falta manutenção nas instalações, está precisando de uma reforma ! Faltou água quente no WC, alegaram que o hotel estava lotado e consumo alto, em minha opinião o hotel precisa ter capacidade de para atender a todos !

Hotel de frente pro mar, ótima vista, quarto com cama confortável, primeiro hotel que vou e consigo dormir bem 😅. Porém a tarde e noite venda bastante, e a piscina não é aquecida, sempre muito gelada a água, então fica um pouco ruim de aproveitar a piscina. Também não tem elevador, e fiquei no andar de cima, mas não me atrapalhou em nada. Não tomei banho no mar, pois é um pouco violenta as ondas. 😬 Os preços dos pratos são altíssimo (pro meu bolso), então não consumi nada no local.
