Very warm and friendly staff. As it is a hostel, expect the room to be basic. It’s quite small and there are flies/mosquitoes if it bothers you. It can also get noisy when people drink downstairs but usually it stops at 11:30 PM. About 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal. The food they serve is affordable and they provide free drinks coupon. Overall, decent stay for the price considering other Lake Como’s accommodation.
