Large rooms.

There was an issue with charging the deposit for one of the rooms, which had something to do with Expedia, and it took us about 30 mins to check-in. Other than that, it was a great room in a nice area.

Check in was not smooth the person helping us was rude and not helpful in answering questions

Our one-night stay was very comfortable. Definitely will stay there again. Very close to Desert Ridge for shopping and dining, and great access to the 101 loop.

Great property

We have stayed several times at this hotel. I like Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix North Scottsdale because is always clean, the staff are friendly and its close to Mayo Clinic. Which we visit Mayo Clinic a lot.

From the front desk agents to housekeeping everyone was Great!! Very clean

Very friendly and courteous staff. Especially the lady running the breakfast area. She offered assistance when she saw i made a cane. Helped me get cold water for my travel mugs when I couldn't find a drinking fountain in the lobby.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Housekeeping fantastic. The mattress and sheets are outstanding. I slept so well.

Excellent location, Room could be cleaned a little better

A clean please to stay. Convenient for us to stay, close to Desert Ridge surgery. 5 min walk.

I enjoyed my stay. The amenities were great management was professional. All my needs were met and they have a great breakfast buffet. I will be staying here again in the future.
