The hotel was good, the room looking on the sea. Quiet, great location for town, good parking nearby, big room (studio), nice balcony if small. The shower needs changing - tiny, very dated water.jet model. Beaches nearby prob great, but the once we found was a bit scrubby, but ok. You need a car.The town is lovely, right on your doorstep. The breakfast was fine, usual Italian, plus cheese. As a gay couple ,very welcoming. Window cleaning would make it shine!

Apart from its location at the beach and one pleasant staff member named Fabio this hotel has absolutely nothing to recommend it. On arrival we were greeted by a grim manager whose dour disposition did not improve throughout our stay. Our room, while spacious, was furnished with cheap flatpack furniture. Two cheap chairs were provided on the balcony with no table and only withered geraniums in a cheap plastic pot for decoration. Tea/coffee making facilities were available on request but never arrived when we asked. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom on the day we arrived only, not replaced at any time. Breakfast was very poor – a small basket of bread, one portion pack of Cornflakes for two people, packaged toasts and biscuits; Other items such as orange juice, yoghurt, croissants etc were provided only on request each morning. We paid €600 for a double room for four nights and this was the worst value for money we found anywhere in southern Italy or during any of our extensive travels in Europe and beyond over many years. Otranto is a lovely resort and it is a pity that the management of this hotel don’t make a little more effort. This hotel should be avoided.

Nice hotel helpful staff. Quiet town in early January. They give a discount at their restaurant downstairs--we enjoyed it

Large rooms, many facing onto sea or river. Very basic breakfast. Restaurant on site and many more within walking distance.

Hotel is well placed on the sea front with excellent views (from the front-facing rooms). Breakfast choice is simple, there was some difficulty with knowing what exactly was on offer as there is no menu; it seemed you had to ask for something to find out if it was available ie we asked for croissant as the guests on the neighbouring table had them, but after a couple of days we realised other items were also on the menu like brioche and bread. It's a language thing! We did find the bed very hard on the back, but room cleanliness was very good, the maid also spoke almost no English but we made ourselves understood! We did love the region and the old town is very pretty.

The hotel has a great location with view of the water and street below. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean but yhe bathroom needed updating and larger showers. For a fun weekend the convience is a plus.

Pleasant hotel, central location. Helpful staff. No separate parking for hotel guests. Parking in the street was possible, but could be a problem i high season.

Wonderful location on the seafront however I wish I had upgraded even to a sea view room. The room was average but I felt let down by the bathroom; the shower was so tiny that I felt a bit claustrophobic in it; the socket for the hair dryer was wonky and the towel holder was broken The toiletries are basic: just soap and the hair dryer needs more power Parking is a good 5 minute walk up a hill so not ideal if you have a car Our air con didn't work very well, but ultimately I did sleep well. Overall it's a great location, with the old town not being far away, but for the amount we paid I do feel that it could have been better considering it was meant to be 4star

Thia hotel has a great location right on the sea front, and the included breakfast was adequate. The receptionists and breakfast personel were polite and helpful if you had questions. We were only there for one night and needed a place to stay asap. Unfortunately we didn't find out until after midnight that the air conditioning wasn't doing its job. it got so hot in the room I had to get up at 4am and take a cold shower, just so I could cool off. The shower itself had realky bad water pressure, and I had to forego washing my hair the next morning as there was no way there was enough pressure to rinse all the shampoo out. The room and bathroom were spacious enough, but there was a metal soap tray in the bathroom that was almost completely rusted through and should have been replaced a long time ago. The free wifi worked great until breakfast time when it stopped completely and we were without tge last couple of hours. I would still choose to stay here again, but only at a max price of €55 a night.

La collocazione centrale dell'hotel è un gran punto di forza. La colazione è varia ma non è a buffet, quindi occorre chiedere, la stanza è ben climatizzata e pulita. Il soggiorno è stato gradito dalla famiglia.
