Beautiful hotel ,breakfast, cleanliness, attention to detail, customer service, all 5 star

It was a great stay. Wonderful and friendly team member and a very nice room. The only downside that the rooms are not soundproof

I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also.

Lovely little property. Felt very welcomed. Staff were so professional and Daniella gave me some great non touristy dining options. Room was small but cozy, had everything one would need. And there is a great breakfast if you choose to add that to your stay.

Great location in pedestrian area and lovely staff. Especially liked the bikes they have for guest use and great breakfast.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location near ferry and center of town yet very quiet. Nice to have a restaurant on site. Are there two nights in a row. The wait staff was so attentive and the food was delicious!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. It's walking distance from everything ( great food and shopping). This hotel has a restaurant that's awesome! The breakfast is a must and the drinks and dinner was excellent! We didn't have lunch here but I'm sure it's great. The staff is so hospitable! Valentina and Deborah ( I only remember these names but everyone was good) made us feel so welcomed there. We planned a boat trip and it was supposed to rain a little that day. I was hesitant about the rain but Valentina assured us it would be worth it!! And it was!! The skipper Alberto was patient and knowledgeable! The hotel packed a beautiful bag with food for the boat ride. I almost cried. It was beautifully packed for us. They have a shuttle service that was so convenient. I got sick one night and I had to leave our dinner ( somewhere else) and when I came back I must have looked horrible. Deborah said what do you need? How can we help you? I said I just needed to lay down. These people are soooo caring. I hope the manager realizes what he has in his staff. They are wonderful people. We stayed at a few other hotels in Zurich and we all said it's not Avenue Boutique. We so enjoyed it and we are ever in Como again. We will stay here for Sure!!

Skøn morgenmad i dejlige rammer på torvet. Vær opmærksom på at værelserne ikke er lydisoleret (vores lige ud til torvet var i hverfald ikke). Det er muligt med parkering, men ikke ved hotellet - vi måtte gå 9 min fra p-huset. Dog er det muligt at køre hen til hotellet og tjekke ind. Skøn beliggenhed tæt på hvor det hele sker

We had an amazing time. The property is cool and well kept. The Bistro is great - good food and a fun vibe. The stars are the staff - amazingly friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to this one.
