Room facilities and cleanliness are okay, front office friendliness is okay even though it is not as good as other five star hotels, affordable prices are relatively cheaper compared to other five star hotels.

On the whole the room and space is huge but on the bad side is the breakfast layout of the sitting area are a mess (I can describe as a market) variety of food is limited as well) the staff are friendly and helpful-(I want to highlight the carpark system are so troublesome and not eco friendly to the environment. Every entry and exit need to scan and chop at reception centre. Y can they use the room card as an access point. The management shld revised this asap.

Stay here 1 night in a 2 bedroom. Such a good experience and good hospitality from the hotel. Will stay here again if I'm visiting Bangkok next time

It was a great stay here. We are 4 persons (parent+2 daughters) and we really enjoyed our stay for 2 nights here. The facilities are great, clean room and nice view from our room. Recommended place to stay in Bangkok!

Good location, big room, friendly staff.

Overall about hotel: clean, friendly services, comfortable bed. Breakfast is good enough. WIFI is strong enough for meeting and sceen sharing. Location: About 15 mins walk from Phra Kanong BTS. The way from BTS to hotel is pretty dark and shops are closed along the way at night time. However, the road has very busy traffic. Recommend tax a bike ride or grabbike for night time to the hotel. Other: the hotel does collect deposit in cash and return upon check out. 2000B has been collected from me for my 8 nights stay. Prepare enough cash for your other expenses.

Very comfortable staying here, starting from the friendly staff, neat rooms, cool air-conditioning, good breakfast, and close to public transportation, especially BTS and close to Ekamai Mall, next to Bangkok again, I will stay at Jasmine Grande hotel again.

The facilities are good, the room is comfortable, but the air conditioner is too old-fashioned, it is not convenient to use, cold to wake up, there is no control. Clean rooms regularly, at the foot of a supermarket, walk 15 minutes to get to bts, there is an hourly shuttle but not convenient. The most friendly staff is the luggage. Compared to the 5-star standard, I feel that it has not reached, this area is quite deserted and far from commercial centers. I do not look carefully at the map so choose this because of the cheap price. Anyway, far away, I feel good.

We took the type of 2 bedroom apartment because of our family vacation with kingsize type bed and 2 single beds. But only a maximum of 3 people are allowed to check in even though the type of apartment is 2 rooms with mattresses as I mentioned. We were very disappointed with the hotel especially the front desk because we were a little debated about the number of people who were allowed to stay. We were disappointed because it didn't match the order. Until finally we keep checking in because we already paid through the application and no refund. We asked for cooking utensils to be delivered but not delivered by housekeeping. Very disappointed with the service of Jasmine Grande Residence. Hopefully this can be used as input.

Staying here is fun. We took the type of apartment with 3 rooms because we were on a family holiday. Can cook and use a washing machine. Very helpful because children's clothes can be washed immediately. But unfortunately the balcony cannot be used so the process of meeting clothes in the room because the washing machine cannot dry. There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna facilities too. Everything is free. Just cooking equipment just ask to housekeeping to be delivered to the room. Everything is good.

The hotel is not standard 5 star, the pool is also relatively small, breakfast choice little food. Rooms are small and not carpet. The location is far from the bts station so slightly inconvenient.

Price is not worth the costly location.

Receptionist was very helpful. There's also shuttle bus service for free.

Comfortable and quiet room.
