I recently stayed at this hotel for two days, and overall it was a decent experience—especially considering the price. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s in a really central area, right near Coco Bongo, which makes it super convenient for nightlife, restaurants, and getting around the Hotel Zone. If you’re looking to be in the middle of everything, this spot is hard to beat. That said, the amenities were pretty limited. There weren’t many options available, and the coffee area in particular felt lacking—very minimal supplies, barely any milk or extras. It didn’t feel like they put much effort into those small touches that make a stay more comfortable. There’s also no gym on the property, which might matter if that’s something you’re looking for. The overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit on the cheaper side, but not in a bad way—just don’t expect anything luxurious. The property itself was in okay condition, nothing impressive but not problematic either. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, which definitely helped make the stay more enjoyable. Bottom line: it’s a solid budget-friendly option in a fantastic location. Great if you plan to be out most of the time and just need a place to sleep—but go in with realistic expectations.

This hotel was so nice. The room was clean, very good location, and staff were so nice. And also, they have free beach towels and we can play pool at the lobby. Thank you so much

This was on par with any Aloft property I've stayed at, nothing out of the ordinary. The location is good for nightlife and the main beach. If you can afford it though, stay in an all-inclusive in Cancun.

Room was clean, with basic amenities (mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, body wash/shampoo/conditioner in shower, body cream and hand soap in bathroom. Free open bar from 9 am to 9 pm. Nice rooftop view, with pool on rooftop. If you want pool towels, ask the reception. Check out at noon. Well located.

Convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Room was clean and staff were very courteous.

Everything was okay however room was very cold and thermostat would not work. Maintenance came but still did not work. He provided an explanation quickly in Spanish and left. Also television was not working and a fellow came to hook up a connection then it worked fine. We had to shut off thermostat for the night to get a degree of warm comfort. However, despite what we encountered, we did like the hotel, free breakfast and its location. I would stay again.

I recently stayed at the hotel Aloft Cancun and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, the staff specifically the hotel manager Mario made me feel valued right away. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and quick to help with any questions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the small details like fresh linens, well-stocked toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The location was another big plus — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and safe. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything functioned exactly as it should. Overall, the Aloft delivered excellent value for the price. I would absolutely stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Staff was great with quick check in etc., we had to leave early in the morning 5:30 a.m. and they provided a sack lunch for us to pu when we checked out!

Staff was very helpful, the room was spotless, and having an open bar for 12 hours each day with no extra charge was the cherry on top. I would definitely stay here again it was great!!

Staff was very friendly, very cute hotel, but seem to be a little disorganized as we had to wait. About 40 minutes to get our room.
