The hotel team are enthusiastic and helpful always polite and accommodating across all departments The hotel is under going upgrades and they are very considering guests we arrived late on the Wednesday and the night reception gentleman was very helpful and very knowledgeable and made us very welcome

In the middle of a refurbishment, the Falmouth is rediscovering its sense of grandeur. The location is perfect, right on the front, with a cute beach with cafe's just opposite, a short walk from town and 5 minutes walk from Falmouth Docks railway station. The bar has already had it's glow up and is nice space to spend a quite moment. The breakfast was delicious, but what stood out was the amazing staff, who were always there to help. Our room had amazing views, but was in need of the soon to come refurb. The sauna and small indoor pool provided a prefect way to start the day. Not perfect, but all we needed.

Comfortable but rather tired! Plug in basin did'nt work; pull cord on bathroom mirror only a couple of inches of string left, windows only opened a few inches and badly needed painting, remote control for TV unreadable. Staff pleasant and helpful, meals good and public areas clean and airy. Room 205.

Excellent service from the porters really lovely I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and really looked after us. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location.

A beautiful hotel, ideally situated close to shops the princess theatre and beaches so much to see and do

We had a slight hiccup when we first arrived but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Our room was large and airy with superb sea views.

It was hot , and the lunch was one hour late, and it was lovely.

Lovely old style hotel with great staff. Very comfortable bed. It was evident that the hotel is under going restoration, which is good and nice to see such investment.

This was our second day at the hotel. It was a delight to meet with staff members who remembers us from last year. Everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is one of calm and professional bar staff and restaurant staff providing good quality service. Our room was well maintained and it’s obvious that the Hotel is undergoing some amazing refurbishment but this does not impact on standards. We look forward to coming back later in the year.

The room was very worn and dated. Stained carpet, the curtain pelmet was grey with thick dust and cobwebs. The general hotel main areas were good and the location excellent. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool was murky and the chlorine burned your eyeballs. That was if you could actually get in it 3 times we tried and it was full of school kids screaming and jumping in so we gave up and left. Changing rooms are dirty and full of hair. Overall quite a disappointment and wouldn't stay here again.
