We stayed in room 703 and it was amazing. Views from the balcony were perfect. Great location - and a short walk to the metro. However the bathroom would not be suitable for any tall person. I an 173cm and any taller would be a slight issue. Staff were also welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful…the room was clean, but a little darker lighting in my opinion…and the bed was positioned off the side of the head board. I couldn’t have easy access on the outlet on my side. There was free coffee and tea which is always nice. 8-10 min walk to Metro…Recommend to use hotel car service for airport or train station. cheaper than uber or taxi. We use it for train station to go to Porto and paid €34… well worth it than hauling luggage on cobble stone.

Staff were most helpful. Lived the 24/7 cogfee, popcorn, and cake. Restaursnt and tour recommendations were appreciated. Front fedk clerk assisted me in settingup a pedicure on Mother’s Day . What a treat. Room was small but the bed was suoerbly comfortsble. The included breakfast offered a wife vsriety of choices that were presented well. . I als enjoyed the patio .

We stayed at the M’AR De AR Auria for several nights while in Lisbon. This is a boutique type hotel located toward the northern part of Lisbon and outside the more touristy areas. There are plenty of good restaurants around the area and if you enjoy walking it is not too far to the Chiado and Baixa for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We walked from the hotel to Chiado/Baixa and to Alfama two days. The only transportation we used was to and from the hotel as well as to tours outside of Lisbon. We picked this hotel mainly for the gym facilities. The hotel has one of the better gyms that we found when searching hotels in Lisbon. The gym is open 24/7 for hotel guests. Being outside the more tourist attraction areas the hotel is also more affordable and attractively priced. This hotel is modern and super clean. It is very well designed but compact. The elevator feels small even for two people and the rooms are small but more than adequate. We did not spend much time in the room. The bathroom, in particular, is smaller than we'd like. Other than that, they have a good breakfast and an outdoor court that is very nice. The staff very friendly. Overall, we liked this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Great property for a short stay. Clean, safe, staff are lovely. Also complimentary fruits / cake / pop corn in reception was a nice touch on arrival.

Muy bueno el hotel y bien ubicado !!! Solo q en el primer piso se escucha mucha bulla de la calle y es una calle muy transitada.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, they tried to clean up the room and let us in early. They keep the place very clean.

Very pleasant, small and clean hotel in a nice location. Freebies like fruit and coffee and candy and popcorn. Super nice personnel. But quite a small room with no bathroom counter and very small elevator. Limited choices on breakfast selection. I recommend it.

Nice family owned hotel with good breakfast option

This is a gem of a hotel. Delightful staff, lovely rooms, great area of the city, beautifully quiet even though there are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants very close by. It was super convenient for the course I was on, as it was only 4 mins walk away! Iloved my time here.

Great location and always helpful staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was one of the highlights, lots of variety. Wish the room was bigger. Felt really cramped. Anyone large size should avoid X04 rooms...

The staff were the best! Knowledgeable about everything you might need to know about Lisbon. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The location is walkable to restaurants and the metro. I highly recommend the hotel.

My husband and i checked into the hotel and the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. We did have an issue with the terrible smell in our room, but they were not able to change our room that day. They explained that the smell is something they dealt with on the lower floors. The next day they did move us to another floor and a room without the smell. They also worked with my husband to make sure I had a special birthday celebration. I am grareful for this. Overall, our stay was nice, except for our first night.
