The accommodation is located next to the beach, you can walk down to play in the sea. The room I booked has a view of the sea. Dinner has a variety of food options. The facilities are complete. The hotel service is good. There is a swimming pool. Overall, I am very satisfied. If I have a chance, I will bring my family to stay again.

However, the room is not that clean. I found some cockroaches in a room. Breakfast is moderate.

Very disappointed and angry that all the main facilities are not available as advertised. We would not have chosen this resort if we had know this beforehand. Bar and restaurant closed at 3pm so no chance of enjoying a drink by the beach or pool. No massage facilities (closed), no 24 hour room service as advertised, no mini bar as advertised. The list could go on and on. Restaurant at breakfast dirty cutlery and damaged chipped plates. Not enough staff to provide good service. I felt sorry for the one server who had to work alone during breakfast. Just a very poorly run resort which is advertising facilities that it doesn't have. In my opinion this is cheating people out of money as other hotels in the area have the facilities advertised available at a similar price. Very disappointed and we are awaiting a refund from app.

The big bedroom, the mattress is thick and soft. Sleep is really good. The breakfast is delicious, but if it is a buffet, it would be better.

It was good, but opened the door to sneak in to Fell. A little cockroach was dead with the hair on the bed.
