This was a great stay. While the area is walkable, however, I do wish it could be more centrally located in Providencia. I had to get an uber to go most places, but that’s my only issue.

The hotel was unique, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and appreciated the offer of sparkling wine even though we didn't partake. Staff was friendly and the location was close to many main attractions such as the Parque Nacional.

The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again.

This is an old building (if you can't do stairs see if they have a ground floor room??), but our bath was modern and room quite comfortable. You can walk to myriad restaurants from here and the large plazas, a metro, etc. Our area was very quiet at night. Breakfast was simple, but gets you out the door. Great coffee and can order custom eggs and fresh fruit. Wine hour in the early evening is a nice touch & provides opportunity to meet other travelers. They have a lovely courtyard and in warmer months would be a great place to hang. I would stay here again.

Great Hotel, great stay but breakfast sweets barely available. Also we were on the 4th floor and there was no lift. Not complaining but may be a problem for some.

Needs an elevator

This is the type of place you will never want to leave. I loved everything about staying here. From the Wine Hour, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast…I highly recommend and definitely want to come back to in the future.

This hotel is in A fairly central location and with in walking distance of many restaurants, museums, and outdoor attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged transportation from into the airport. Next time I am in Santiago, I will go back to this hotel

We had a really great stay at this hotel, we were celebrating our anniversary and the staff really helped to make it special. The building is stunning, and very convenient for exploring the park.

Fantastic hotel- very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent too. Great area- loads of restaurants and activities nearby in easy walking distance.

When we arrived, the reception staff exceptional, in particular Jorge, Veronica and Alvaro. The evening wine reception with fellow residents was fantastic, very enjoyable with shared stories and tales from adventures.

The team here was so lovely! Everyone was nice and ready to make your life easy at every turn. The rooms are beautiful, the wine hour is a great chance to meet other people staying in the hotel too. I enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a nice time at the hotel . It is lovely - in a nice location. My only complaint is that my daughter was sick and to extend late check- out for 5 hours required payment of 1/2 an additional day’s stay. Maybe that’s standard but seemed a little expensive to me. Aside from that, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed the furnishings and ideal location.
