Old and rundown , needs serious renovations , breakfast was mediocre, one bottle of water was provided , very expensive restaurant or drinks on property 10$ for coffee , no activities available , no proper entertainment AC barely working ,bathroom sinks or toilets are old Very expensive stay cost 2250 $ for 3 days Could have spend the same amount on all inclusive resort Not worth it , I don’t recommend this called resort to anyone It is barely 3 stars hotel

J’ai adoré l’hôtel les services le staff et la plage

Despite being marketed as a 5* hotel this is a SOLID 3* stay. I do NOT know why Expedia has ranked this as an 8+ We stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting hammamet and unfortunately if you want a supposedly 5 star stay I would not recommend this hotel. Something that was not highlighted to us at all is the awful internet and data service in hammamet and the region. The WiFi in the hotel was awful and very patchy, and the data was not much better. The rooms and interior are very dated and basic. There was often an unpleasant smell of drains in the rooms and the hallways and the lift smelt very damp. There is one very small damp smelling lift that services the whole hotel- thankfully we were staying on the ground floor and did not need to use it. We often had to chase for fresh restock of towels- on one occasion, we contacted the reception multiple times to provide towels and were ignored. The gym was large, often empty but not a huge weight selection. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was a solid 3/5, the hall smelt of egg- and it was very chaotic. It felt more like a school canteen than a 5* hotel. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly and generally slow to service any need. The spa was probably the standout experience, the facilities are clean, modern relaxing. We both got massages and the masseuses were very skilled and professional. It is located close to the medina and a walk from the high road.

The location is amazing. Thier policies could be better specially the use of amenities. The staff specially Islam tires her best to serve customers. If there is a problem I strongly recommend contacting thier customer relations staff and she will try to resolve the issue.

Hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food offered at breakfast was the same everyday, not much variety. Also, I found it strange to not have fruits available for breakfast, only plums. I was hoping more from a 5-stars hotel.

Staff members were amazing

Staff very helpful and friendly and property was very clean. The outside could use some sanding and paint, but the rooms themselves are very clean and updated. Food was good in the restaurant. Nice to be right on the beach.

Brand new hotel, everything top notch

Breakfast was yummy. Freshly squeezed orange juice, made to order omelette, and some nice Tunisian dishes offered too. The view of the pool and beach is very beautiful. The staff is friendly. The housekeeper is kind and took good care of the room. We stayed on the 4th fooor overlooking the sea. Breathtaking views.

We had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, and the staff were very friendly. Even though there were not many guests at the hotel because it was Ramadan, the indoor pool was still heated nicely, as well as the entire room where the pool was located. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We also like this part of town better than Hammamet Yassine because it’s just a little more charming in residential. We would like to go back again.

The staff stood out, they are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
