We were driving from Venice to Rome and it was around Midnight so we decided to get a room. This was right off the highway so we booked it. The young man working at the desk was very kind and friendly and spoke English. He made sure we parked the car in a good location. The room was nice and clean.

Loved this hotel. Very peaceful considering it is on a main road. Staff are lovely. Very friendly and efficient. Always offer assistance. Both the public area and the room were spotless. Plenty of sanitising gel available and masks worn by everyone in public areas. The room was lovely, with a small balcony. Nice toiletries provided. Buffet breakfast not possible due to Covid, but breakfast was served by Sara. She was so nice and friendly and her home baking was delicious! We were a 5-10 minute walk to station and town centre. The weekly market is only minutes away. Lots of shops and bars around. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the future.

I chose this hotel is correct! Each of them is very nice. The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of take a shower and hot water. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is unique, it is in the city center, close to the police station, safe, and only five minutes walk from the train station. Free parking is very convenient.WiFi speed is fast

Nice, comfortable hotel

Great little place tucked away in a quiet area - great to come back to and relax after exploring Tuscany. Breakfast was top notch. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel which had great food at reasonable prices. Train station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything was very clean, my room had a balcony over looking the street and I couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. I will definitely be returning.

Hotel has all the basics that you need. We were in town for a few days to visit nearby Tuscany locations and this hotel was convenient because of its proximity to the train station and city center of Montevarchi. 6-8mins walk from the train station. Hotel is nothing fancy, but works for a quick trip. Skip the breakfast as it was mainly a few pastry options, meats and cereal. Make sure they leave your AC unit on at night as they control it from the front desk and it can get hot. They turned ours off the first night and we asked them to leave it on after, and it was fine.

We got at reception, the staff was very helpful and friendly also the room was perfect , species and clean. The bed was very comfortable

This is a Delta chain hotel so you have certain expectations and those expectations were met. This is one of the few of the 20 or so hotels that we have stayed at in Italy that have some English language television. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walk.

Overall I was not pleased with this hotel. It advertised itself as a 'delta' only to not be part of the chain. In the photos & description it did not state that it was attached to an apartment building within a very skeptical neighborhood. The free parking was parking on the side of the street at your own risk, but the front desk says 'don't worry-very safe'. the breakfast was of very limited quantity and goes from 8:30-10. We arrived at 9am only for them to already have run out of cheese, meats, breads-the lady refused to replenish even when i asked and there was no juice available.

I love the receptionist,she is beautiful & very friendly. Most helpful reception I have ever seen.She guided us along our stay and attend to our queries .Excellent! Hotel Room is pretty small but cozy,There is a balcony to the room,the heater is always on & off automatically,sometimes the room is abit too warm.Too bad we only figured out how to open the balcony door on the last day of the stay. Neighbourhood is pretty simple & quiet generally,It is next to the police station,few minutes walk away from the train station. There is very nice chinese food 3 to 4 blocks away from the hotel which serves Japanese & chinese buffet for 20 Euro nett.drinks not included. The prada space is very short drive away.Beware of the taxi drivers.They agreed on a fixed rate but ended up extorted us more money but refering to the meter! I was scammed at the Prada space cafe too,the waiter took my 10 Euro as said its his tips. was very upset :(

Good hotel, clean and comfortable, but location for a "Tuscany vacation" would not be great as in the middle of a busy street etc... If you need a one or two night stop over in the area and don't plan to laze about the hotel, then I would recommend it as good value, friendly staff and rooms are acceptable/comfortable. Only down side were tile floors in the bedroom (cold in December) and heating via the wall mounted air-conditioning unit with blower heater, very noisy.

Will recommend this hotel for travellers who plan to visit Prada space outlet as it is only 5 min drive away.

Clean comfortable modern hotel convenient to train station and city center. Staff helpful beyond the call of duty. Attached restaurant good. Prices reasonable. Recommended.
