This hotel is a bit rustic, but overall it’s a nice place to stay. One big plus is the gym — not many hotels on the island have one — so that was great to have. There’s also a decent pool and an on-site restaurant, which made things convenient. The staff is very friendly and genuinely tries to be helpful. Every day around 5 p.m., they offer a complimentary tea time with tea, coffee, and small island treats, which is a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, and we enjoyed it. There was one small issue during our stay: when I asked for extra shampoo and more cups, there seemed to be a language barrier and the items never arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, we had a nice stay and a good overall experience.

Great staff and location. Property is clean. Could use a bit of updating. Awesome pool and a good complimentary breakfast. Thought it was an excellent value, plus we had an unexpected Orbitz upgrade. Would stay there again

As a start they forgot to pick us up from the airport. We waited there 30 minutes, meanwhile no one was answering our messages on WhatsApp even though I’ve had communication with them before and provided all the info they needed. We took a taxi and didn’t even receive an apology at the check in. The most overpriced hotel I’ve seen. The pool from the picture doesn’t even get close to reality and how small it is. 0 privacy in the rooms, all terraces are next to each other. Food was absolutely horrible at dinner, we were so afraid to repeat and we never had breakfast there even though it was included, so have no idea what the breakfast looked like. They were looking for buggy for us for 2 days and couldn’t find. Gave us a car for 100$ a day and we found a buggy immediately and rented one. Pool was dirty with bad service. Absolutely no internet other than the lobby. They gave us usernames and passwords that appeared as incorrect and told them this over a hundred times. On the 4th day they gave us another one that was working but with NO internet. No idea why they say they provide this, when they don’t. The toilet was broken, we had to use the pool restrooms the first day and no one came to fix it, after waking up the second day still no working toilet, they said they will send somebody, that happened at night on the second day!!! This place may work for 80$ a night or something but not for the ridiculous prices that they charge!!! Definitely will not recommend to anyone I know!!!

Estadia incrivel da nossa lua de mel, desde a chegada, todos os detalhes fizeram nos sentirmos em nossa casa, ponto forte para a localização, vista incrivel, piscina muito boa, café da manhã excelente, e o restaurante local é muito bom. Voltaremos com toda certeza.

Amamos ficar na pousada Zé Maria, fomos super bem atendidos! A equipe é incrível, a piscina sempre deliciosa com um visual deslumbrante! Fomos presenteados com um UP grade de suíte. A comida da pousada é maravilhosa também! As atendentes Ju, Vivi nos atenderam super bem! Recomendo fortemente!

O café da manhã é excelente, além da variedade exposta tem opções de tapioca, ovos mexidos, etc...A area da pousada é uma completa integração com a natureza, a area verde é maior que a construção...a equipe de colaboradores é atenciosa e apoia em todas as dúvidas e ainda sugere ótima dicas....o chá da tarde é ótimo. Piscina com uma vista linda....

Nossa estadia na Pousada Zé Maria foi simplesmente inesquecível. Escolhemos a pousada para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e fomos surpreendidos com um carinho que nos emocionou: buquê de flores, cartão com votos especiais e um bolo delicioso nos aguardando. Um cuidado que já mostrou, logo na chegada, o quanto a experiência ali seria diferenciada. O lugar é lindo, a acomodação excelente e repleta de conforto. Os detalhes fazem toda a diferença: chá da tarde, um docinho todos os dias no quarto… pequenos gestos que transformam a estadia em algo ainda mais especial. Mas a verdadeira cereja do bolo é a equipe. Todos, sem exceção — recepção, cozinha, piscina, limpeza — são extremamente educados, gentis e MUITO simpáticos. Não medem esforços para atender bem e fazem com que a gente se sinta genuinamente acolhido. E o próprio Zé Maria é um anfitrião impecável, presente e atencioso, que faz questão de receber os hóspedes em um delicioso churrasco na piscina. Um momento único que traduz perfeitamente o espírito da pousada. Se voltarmos a Fernando de Noronha, não temos dúvida: ficaremos novamente na Pousada Zé Maria. Foi perfeito!
