Loved the hotel

Got overcharged. They stated a “mistake” and made refund after I reached out. No hotel parking. Place is okay but old. Way too expensive for what is offered.

Razoável, nao desci para o cafê e pedi um misto quente que foi negado pois eram 11:30 quase horario do almoço. Fomos ao jantar com música o molho do macarrao estava azedo e a macaronese tambem . Tivemos que pedir medicamentos pelo app do ifood as 3 da manha no hotel. A carne e o frango estavam fora ponto , o frango cru branco . De resto o atendimemto é nota 1000, desde a recepcao aos meninos do restaurante , todos gentis, simpaticos e sempre sorridentes. Acho que somente devem elevar o tipo ee comida servida no restaurante e uma televisao maior . Pelo valor da estadia ,esperava algo superior . Cafe da manha é bom O hoteis.com dá desconto mas quando cheguei la paguei quase 300,00 de taxas . Achei injusto mas ja estava la , fazer o que.

Hotel próximo de tudo, equipe super receptiva e disposta a ajudar desde a recepção atéa limpeza, quarto limpo e agradável, petfriendly com mesa externa para tomar café e estar junto com seu pet, bem silencioso, serviço devpraia super fácil de achar... enfim super recomendo!

Very clean and nice attention

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach and close to the main shopping area and boardwalk. The hotels staff are very friendly and went a over and above to accommodate us on our recent visit. The restaurant is priced quite well and the food we tried was quite good. The rooms were clean and the only suggestion I have is that the beds could use a refresh. Great place for the price!

The hotel was just ok...by international standards it would not be rated as high..there was a hole in the ceiling of the dining room and some liquid dripped onto my shoulder..the rooms were nice however but the over upkeep on the hotel needs some work.

Nice location for a quick getaway

This is not a luxury hotel. We stayed 9 nights during carnival season, a very busy time to visit the coast of São Paulo (and the weather extremely hot). The location is great (although the traffic can be chaotic). It is very simple but it is nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good (but the coffee not so good), presented as a Buffett style (I wished that at least they could serve the coffee at your table instead of self-serve). The staff is very friendly. We did not use all the facilities (gym, sauna, swimming pool etc) so we cannot comment on that. Our room was excellent and large, with a large bed and, to my delight, two full bathrooms. There were two air conditioners in our room working properly, which were great to block the sounds from the streets and from the live music that the hotel presents on weekends (otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep) around the pool. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay at this hotel again if we decide to return to Guaruja (but next time would be during low season as the heat wasn't so pleasant).
