Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was assigned a smoking room, even though I am not a smoker. The smell of smoke was overwhelming and completely unbearable. We immediately requested a room change, but our request was denied without any attempt to resolve the situation. At around three a.m., unable to sleep due to the strong odor, I went to the reception desk. Only then was I offered another room, but not before the receptionist argued with me, stating that I should not be complaining at that hour. What makes this even more unacceptable is that this second room could have been provided earlier, when we first complained, avoiding all the discomfort. The room floor was extremely dirty, clearly not properly cleaned, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and overall cleanliness. Breakfast was by far the worst I have ever had in a hotel. The scrambled eggs tasted old, as if they were from the previous day, and the food quality was very poor, with very limited variety. Honestly, among all the hotels I have stayed in during my travels, this was the worst experience of my life. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent! The only observation is that the air conditioning was difficult to set up. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

It was a good stay. I have used this hotel for a few times. Very friendly and helpful receptionist staff at my check in and out. Also the cleaner helped me when I couldn't open my door.

Short business trip to Rezzato, was disappointed with long hairs all over the bathroom that were not cleaned. Shower was very low pressure. Room looking dated.

There are a lot of bats around the property and smelling badly and the surrounding is very dirty. It is not easy to get that bad smell even in the rooms of the back side of the hotel. No chance for opening the windows in that side for fresh air.

Functional hotel with standard amenities. Good air conditioning in the room and good size. Area is poor; but if you are looking for somewhere to sleep enroute to somewhere else or at a much lower price than in Garda lake, this will do nicely. Continental breakfast with good selection.

The hotel was super clean. The breakfast was very good. Although it is in the middle of nowhere, it's close to the Garda lake and other important cities.

Great value stay. Hotel is renovated and striving to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Staff checked to make sure we liked our room, enjoyed our breakfast, etc. Interior was updated nicely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One minor criticism is that at the time of our stay the exterior landscaping around the front approach and parking did not have the same attention to detail. Plants were in need of a bit of a trim. Should this receive attention, the overall ambience and image of the hotel will be wonderful.

Good location to where I had to meet families. My experience at the hotel was good, and I really enjoyed my time at the majestic.

I really enjoyed my stay, roomy and clean room. I stayed for three nights, despite the fact that I missed my first breakfast due to a long ride flight, they quickly arranged something edible for me to eat. I love the environment. The lady that doing the cleaning did a good job. I will use the hotel again.

I had a great holiday, unfortunately my room looked out on to a brick wall even though there were a few trees as well. The staff were excellent, very helpful indeed.

Nice but slightly old and worn. Basic level breakfast, gym only consists of a few treadmills and open 8-18. Room is ok but bed was really hard. Friendly staff and clean so no problem ther, good value probably since it was off season.

Chambre petite (125, les autres sont probablement plus grandes) mais propre.
