Nice location. 8 mins walk to kyoto station. Good ambience, clean, and most important: can put our luggage before check in time. very recommended!

The staff not friendly and not helpful, really unexpectation

The appearance is rather ordinary and rather expensive at such a price. Plus we were unable to sleep because the blankets and mattresses were not cleaned properly. I feel itchy all night. I thought there might be dirt or fleas on the blanket, please pay more attention.

Great place to stay for backpacker. Close to Kyoto station. Easy to find. Friendly staff. And very close to halal ramen.

7 minutes walk from Osaka Station, nice place, nice staffs, you can borrow umbrella if rain comes. I found out that this place just 3 minutes from from nearest halal ramen.

We enjoyed out stay in Tomato. Room was not too big and not too small for two people. Bathroom is outside and pretty clean. They also have clean kitchen and we could put our snacks in this fridge on the 1st floor near kitchen. Receptionist not hanging at the front counter all the time, I just met them once when I checked in and they were super nice (two Japanese males). Location is good only 15 minute walk from Kyoto station, wifi connection is good as well. It was a good experience staying here. I will stay here again if I ever make a comeback to Kyoto.

A big room, comfortable bathroom, many information in common room about kyoto city such as tourist attraction and halal restaurant.

From Kyoto station select the left path straight straight through omron office still straight until met the pedestrian bridge. Crossed into the first alley. In the middle of the hotel. Simple small but clean comfortable warm. The price is also cheap according to me.Klo to Kyoto is sure to Tomato Hotel again. Good luck.

Good for moslems, it also really closed to halal Restaurant Ayam-Ya. Also the hostel is really clean. But the downside is it doesn't have website. So it made our arrangement quite difficult to match their check in time. Oh and it didn't have heater. So prepare yourself sleep on cold
