IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING ON IBIZA. DO NOT RENT A CAR IF YOU DON'T LIKE DRIVING AROUND FOR WAY TOO LONG TO FIND PARKING. PARTIERS WERE NOISY AND IT WAS EARLY MAY.

I felt at home!

Location was good, staff were all pleasant. But they have the air conditioning system for each room located in the hallway doing absolutely nothing, so if your in the living area, bedroom, kitchen or toilet, you're not staying cool. Unbearable to sleep in when the weathers warm.

Basic but clean and walkable to everything around the area

Decent hotel for the price in this location. Very basic apartment and a bit run down, but it did the job.

The apartments are decent for what you pay for. There’s nothing particularly great about them, they could use some upgrades, but the location is nice.

For the money we paid, hotel was clean and well located. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Quickly rescued my mates shirt that had blown off the balcony and landed on a low roof, booked us a taxi at two minutes notice. Beer was decent, can’t ask for much more. The only thing I can mark it down on were the beds. Not great at all but after a session I could sleep on my head. Didn’t realise when I booked that you were part of the same group at the jet apartments that we had full access to (which if you throws a daily pool party).

Close to the beach, good for 6 friends. Has air con in all rooms but the 2nd room. Cheap compared to everything else in the area.

Location great, pool area nice but apartment very dated, not enough towels provided for number of guests and apartment very basic.

A group of 9 of us stayed at hotel Arlanza for 8 nights. It is in a great location, has lots of bars and places to eat nearby. Ushuaia and Jets is about a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are quite large and the pool is great!

Based on the passed review I had an idea of what to expect. Somewhere to sleep which would be safe and at a great price. And I wasn't disappointed. Yes the water has the taste of the sea but also based on reviews of other places in the area I also expected this as well. The space easily accommodated 4 adults. Each room did not have a a.c. but nights were cool to keep the window open. We did have a issue with the bathtub not draining but was quickly addressed. Wifi only available in the lobby. You are in walking distance if the main playa d bossa strip which is a added bonus along with clubs and many taxis. I would definitely stay here again. Make sure you ask for a room on the top floor, great view.

Basic apartment but happy with it considering how cheap it was. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, well equipped kitchen with big fridge and cooking equipment. Decent sized balcony with table and chairs. Decent pool and pool bar etc. Good sized bathroom. Definitely a place for club goers, its a walk away from super clubs e.g. sankeys. Main thing of importance is this establishment and others in the area use salt water. So kitchen & bathroom sink and shower use salt water.

Great place to stay for a few nights while you're out partying, close to beach etc. staff great.

We're a group of 6, 21 year old girls. It was our 3rd time in Ibiza for most of us and we loved it as it was a few seconds away from Sankeys walking home which was perfect for us as we never went there before. A 5/10 minutes walk away from the main part of bora bora beach near jets and all the beach bars. Ushuaia and Space are about a 15 min walk away along the beach. Under 10 mins away to Ibiza town in a cab (to pacha it was about €13) Amnesia is a bit further out but that club isn't near anywhere popular to stay. Arlanza is near a lot of restaurants/bars/shops/supermarkets & the Hippy Market. It wasn't the greatest place to stay and we heard a lot of bad reviews about theft and poor hygiene, but we had a great time. We knew not to expect the ritz because we paid about €600 for the entire stay of 4 nights which is the cheapest we found. Nothing was stolen, the staff were helpful and we got a good clean room. We were on the first floor facing the pool. Room 103. The free wifi didn't work in the room all the time but it did down by the pool. I think we would consider booking here again if we went for the 4th time as it was cheap and cheerful. A good atmosphere, we met some amazing people and had the best time! Ideal location and price. Book here if you're coming here to party. You only need the room for sleeping and a shower for getting ready and it had all the basic things you need. A nice balcony & amazing air con which was needed! The bar does good pizza & paninis too! :)

Great place and great value. 2 minutes walk from beach and 5 from main ibiza jets. Difference is you can sleep and control what time you wake up !

ottima esperienza, molto consigliato per ragazzi. L’albergo ha una posizione veramente ottima, è vicino alle discoteche (hï,ushuaïa ecc.) e alla spiaggia, inoltre, a 2 min a piedi dalla struttura,ci sono supermercati con prezzi non troppo eccessivi (abbiamo fatto la spesa per 8 giorni per due persone e abbiamo speso sui 50€). L’albergo possiede una piscina e un bar con un personale veramente dolce e simpatico (soprattutto le signore che venivano a fare le pulizie nella stanza, dolcissime!!). Consiglio vivamente!!!!!
