The building itself is nice. I booked a room with a private jaccuzzi on the patio because my wife has muscle issues and we were walking alot. When we checked in the jacuzzi water temp was about 32c. I turned it up to 38c where ours is at home. We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. It was 31c. I went to the desk and she came back with me. She made a call to the mgr. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it. We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. It was 30c. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. Morning it was 29c. Went back to the desk. The manager was busy but would look at it. Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week. I asked for some kind of a partial refund due to that and she called the mgr again. He was coming back in about 2 hours and would talk to me. Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal . I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken. All in all instead of treating my wife to a nice hotel with a private jaccuzzi it was a big let down for her.

Amazing place, we as family loved it! Quiet & lovely hotel. Close enough to few restaurants on the beach with different cuisines! Middle of the village has good restaurants & lovely bakery. Amazing place close enough to go to Ballos. The port is just 5 minutes away.

Great hotel, clean and upkept.

The property was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was so good the first time I ate eggs made from someone else I only eat eggs cooked from myself. No comments if I ever go back won’t doubt to go back there again.

Great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms with gorgeous views. Friendly staff. Perfect base for easily exploring the West side. We stayed ten nights and it was a very peaceful hotel with a lovely pool. Beach out front is OK for swimming, but there many other beaches easily found in close proximity that are better. Definitely rent a car to be able to fully explore the West side.

The room was very clean and the whole property was Covid safe. The staff were very hospitable and the food was lovely.

Very clean, friendly hotel, right on the beach. Close to loads of very good restaurants (pixida was our favourite). Just short walk to great beach, to west of hotel around 200 yards. Staff very friendly, basic food available all day. Breakfast OK, but not too our taste. Breakfast Coffee only complaint, it was awful, but coffee from bar good (extra charge). We will return to the hotel next year.

Convenient location to visit Balos Lagoon and Elafonisi Beach,quite and clean property, friendly stuff, nice bar, walking distance to Greek restaurants. Strongly recommend to book a sea view room.

Very pleased with our stay at Christina Beach Hotel, staff very helpful and welcoming, very cleanly maintained. Room perfect and balcony with the great view. Very large and clean swimming pool with perfectly adequate pool bar. Would love to return

Beach across the street is rocky, filled with garbage and a bad looking surf. We requested a double bed but instead got two twins squished together with their own superstar blankets. Beds were super uncomfortable and woke up with back pain and neck pain everyday. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Hard boiled ages and a few more things jut overall very disappointed. Staff were very friendly and pleasant so the only star I would give this hotel is based on the staff. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for one night at the end of a yoga holiday in Kissamos and had a very relaxing stay. Check in was very easy, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy and the bed was also comfortable. We paid 7 euros for a very nice continental breakfast before our check out. The hotel is next to the sea and close to traditional Cretan restaurants in a quiet area. We would totally recommend it and will use it again

Christina Beach Hotel was awesome. Reception was awesome, friendly, helpful. Lobby was beautiful with a beautiful view. Room was quite nice with a patio and amazing view. We really enjoyed the stay and area.
