Great staff and very helpful. The breakfast was good with no limitations. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean room staff was attentive to needs

Fabulous restaurant with a gourmet meal, such great vibes and decor. Such a fantastic boutique hotel with nice and friendly staff! In a quiet neighborhood but close to anything, will definitely be coming back and recommending!

Nice room in great location to explore the Marais. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant across the courtyard. Steps to shops and restaurants. I would stay again.

Great and generous breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff.

I had to call the staff twice at the front desk as they were elsewhere. No coffee or kettle in the room noise in the evening from the restaurant patio below owned by hotel. No English tv channel to drown out noise. Various other annoyances

Excellent location! Easily walkable & central to many things. The staff is what sets it apart, both front reception and all restaurant staff. Do get the breakfast package and do dine/cocktail with them at least once! Would definitely stay again.

Great location easy walk to the subway that could take me everywhere and bus stops as well! Friendly staff and very comfortable bed after a long day walking. I would come back !

Suited our needs perfectly, an easy walk from Gare du Nord. We usually stay around Saint Germain, but we loved this area and would stay again. Arrived Friday evening and after the walk down busy streets the square was lovely and calm. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was excellent. Rooms are quirky, but we loved ours. They're not large but that's reflected in the price. Would have liked to have coffee making facilities in the room through. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was located in a convenient location and had all the amenities. Didn’t love the decor of my room or the cold cement floor but that’s personal preference

AC not working. Bedside light not working. No amenities in the room such as a mini fridge to keep medicine or water cool. No slippers. No kettle or tea making facilities in the room. You have to go in your PJ’s out of the hotel into another building across the road to make tea which is at reception. But theres no teabags. Staff totally uninterested. If they had asked me even how was our stay i could have told them all this and scored better but they didnt bother mumbling more than ‘checking out ‘?? Oh and Bye Bye Food was mediocre. Service average. Location is super nice do that made us very happy. The hotel was a dissapointment and needs work! The entrance area to the hotel looks terrible. Unclean shabby and looks right into the mans toilet with open doors. Such bad taste to design it like that and with it all being open it doesnt feel secure at all. Anyone can get up into the room floors. Its more like a hostel than a hotel! Bed Rooms and staircases up to the floors are also ridiculously small. I regret booking this as a surprise for my family :(

The hotel is in a very convenient location but in a quiet area. I slept very well. The staff are very personable and the breakfast was excellent. I will stay her again the next time I come to Paris.

Staff was very helpful. The room was small but clean, bed was comfortable. Lucky enough to get a corner room with 2 windows. Close to shops, grocery, cafes and the Metro.

The good: quiet, near several metro lines, clean, nice people, comfortable beds. The bad: no elevator and a narrow, steep, winding staircase. The rooms are unusual and oddly decorated, no carpet on floor.

Didn’t care for the stairs

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely recommend it, especially for a couple. The location was perfect—just outside the busy tourist areas but still close enough to get anywhere easily, which made it feel more relaxed and authentic. The staff was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. A special shoutout to Sarah at the front desk, who was quick-witted, super fun, and made the experience even better. It’s those kinds of interactions that really stick with you. There’s also a great restaurant right across the street that ended up being a highlight for us. The only downside was the room setup. It felt a bit tight for three people, and the bathroom layout was a little unusual with the shower separate from the toilet and no door on the shower. That said, overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
