Good breakfast buffet

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel, e tenho outra reserva para daqui alguns meses. Na primeira vez peguei o quarto luxo, quarto ótimo, dessa vez optei em não pagar a mais e ficar no mais simples, e achei bastante diferente (móveis mais antigos, não estava em boas condições, porta do banheiro não fechava direito). Mas esse não foi meu maior problema nessa estadia. Infelizmente no quarto em cima do meu tinha um hóspede com cachorro, no qual deixou o cachorro sozinho a noite no quarto. O cachorro fez bastante bagunça, acredito que ele ficava brincando com bolinha ou algo do tipo, fazendo bastante barulho no meu quarto, onde tivemos bastante dificuldade para dormir. As 4:30 da manhã entrei em contato com a recepção e ficaram de verificar se realmente o animal estava a sozinho no apartamento. Confesso que depois desse episódio, estou em dúvida se mantenho a minha reserva ou cancelo.

Otimo hotel com relação custo x benefício. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos e café da manhã muito bom. Ficou devendo apenas com a qualidade do Wi-Fi que em horário de pico ficava péssimo e também por não possuir rampa ou acessibilidade para acessar a piscina.

Banheiro terrivel.. abrimos a porta e cheirava a esgoto Gesso do teto do banheiro caido. Marcas da retirada de um bide mal refeitas no chao.. Cafe da manha sofrivel para uma diaria de 600 reais

Adoramos o hotel. O quarto super espaçoso, banheiro tb. Limpeza impecavel e o cafe da manha muito gostoso e variado.

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. Wifi and breakfast were excellent.

Nice room, very comfortable, and spacious powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet. Staff were a little unhelpful at times, and the Wi-Fi was really bad!

Initially, it was very disappointing as the standard room accommodation quality advertised level was very much different than expect. Room dated, water not draining while having shower, TV not working properly and bad internet connection. Than, after complaining, staff organised an upgraded to "deluxe "room; which was far better than standard. The difference between standard and deluxe is massive. Very disappointed as per 4 stars rate (regardless price ) standard room should be much better. It spoiled the holiday a bit, as was too stressful to resolve. Also, games room wasn't available too. Although, nice swimming pool and good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff; which made all difference to our stay. I would say that staff saved hotel from having a completely bad review.

The place was very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. It is also located in the downtown area which is within just a few driving distance of any shops or markets. I recommend the stay

arrived early but was checked in quickly and efficiently straight away in a cheerful and friendly way. big room with balcony, fridge and effective A/C. construction work during the day next door but stopped by 5pm and didn’t restart until after 10am so no problem. price included brekky which was self service and plentiful- i had dinner two nights which was good value but unexciting- thoroughly recommended

Awesome place to stay! Clean, spacious room, delicious breakfast, big pool, central to everything in Foz. Concierge absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

This was a nice hotel. Good for family. Staff was fine. The person who brought our luggage was very nice. Breakfast has many sweets. Overall I recommend this hotel you get what you pay for.

Love the buffet breakfast that is included, Room was very lean, and nice people at the desk, and big shower and lots of water
