Great place to stay. I can say there is no better location than this hotel in all of kaş . But because it’s in the middle of the town expect that the music will keep goin on until 2 am

It’s in the middle of town. Perfect location

The hotel is fine - but they told it would be breakfast, and they sell room including breakfast, but they dont have - and they didnt refund or buy you a breakfast in nearest caffe - just we dont have - and thats it

Check in was supposed to be 2pm, we got the key to our room @ 5pm and it hadn’t been cleaned: dirty linen, empty bottles, leftover food, cigarette butts etc. everywhere! Were offered another room, with a broken tap and a flooded bathroom! Agreed to return 1hour later for our room to be cleaned. Asked about parking, which was advertised as available and were advised to Google it! Returned a couple of hours later and room was reasonably clean, other than filthy, stained sheets in the drawers. There was no duvet or blankets: in January! Asked four times for duvet or blankets and nothing ever arrived. Eventually found one in the corridor and used that! Bathroom flooded when used shower! No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar was empty: not even a bottle of drinking water! The positives: Good central position, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

The hotel is right in the heart of the bar scene and so if you like very loud music til 1 am then this is the place for you.

I did not stay there , my friends did. They love it so much, they want to stay there like 2021. 2021 I had Covid, so I could come. This year The Air Canada lost my bags, and currently I have 0 outfit at all. My point is that this place worth your time, friends

The hotel was very pleasant. Great location, but not too noisy. The staff were great and I have no complaints about the place. However, very disappointed about the change in price between booking and arrival. We paid 4 times as much for our stay by booking early. Of course, that is what the T&Cs say, but still sad.

We arrived at the location. Phoned to find out about parking But there wasn't any it was also very hard to find eventually half a kilometer away we got a space it was a struggle Then arrived to which Was quite shocked with no lift and the stairway to our room with one handrail had to be very careful : in the room was a clean bed but then the shower was dreadful constantly leaked water everywhere! The Air conditioning didn't work at all and neither did the television we did try to phone them no reply didn't see anyone The breakfast was a shambles not alot of selection I guess it was kept back for the staff and children next door as they were saton the next table! But if you can put up with all of that then the only benefit was it was quite close to everything! Lots of other hotels to choose from so will pick one of those next time as we will be returning! Lovely place to visit

The last minute booking with good price. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed, everything was clean. Located at the city center

Paid extra €100 extra for upgrade, single room just a hole in the wall. 2 room changes in 2 weeks. TV mostly not working. Made bed myself, never saw any room service. Very noisy, (to be expected in centre of town). Very poor maintenance generally. On the positive side: good breakfast, kitchen staff friendly, prepared extra treats. The location is very good, but because of the high noise level (Disco until midnight, then street party) and the unhelpful staff (like fixing the TV) I would not want to stay there again.

Perfect, excellent value and right in the heart of Kaş. A very comfortable room, the service was very good and breakfast included with the price.

Upper House Hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, a staff member was able to speak English, which helped us out a lot.

I really liked the location and the friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was so good. The room was clean. We will stay again for sure.

Even thou it was a bit difficult to find the hotel straight away (the map showed different location) I'm pleased with everything else. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Nice place to stay in Kaş.

We had a rest at this hotel while walking the lycian way. Comfortable bed as we needed :) located in the center of the city + breakfast ! Wifi been working well while our staying. The staff are friendly and helpful:)
