The staff was extremely nice. The young lady that checked us in was kind enough to sign me up for the reward program. Jose was extremely kind late in the night to help with multiple items. We’re not a traveling family but we enjoyed this hotel and had us considering other trips as long as we’re staying with similar amenities. Thank you!

Room was clean and the staff were great! I have to be in the area one weekend every month and will be staying here again! The only suggestion I have is to start breakfast earlier (before 7) or have items out for a grab and go option.

Great clean, safe property. Great location for Arboreatum and Domain. Breakfast is very good.

Good location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness needs improvement-yellowish/brownish stains on bath walls; mold behind caulking in bath and crumbs near bed. Buffet had good variety. However, the raisins were old and the oatmeal was too runny.

We enjoyed our stay! Front desk staff at check in was wonderful. Enjoyed the breakfast and seating area. Great areas for visiting by the pool.

The people who check you in at the front desk are so happy, helpful, and nice to the customers. Housekeeping was fantastic,and our room was great! Breakfast buffet was really good. We will stay here again.

People are extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend the full free breakfast. Out room was not ready so the manager moved us to an exec suite, no added cost. Now we are spoiled. We will be back when we are in Austin

Great and very close to the domain

We had a great stay. The staff was accommodating and very nice. The hotel was clean and we felt safe.

The front desk person was accommodating. His name was Adam and he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was great because I was really tired from being on the road all day. He was friendly and even remembered who I was from my phone call.

The fountain in the pool did not work or was never running. Every night was so loud. My daughter and I were woken up many times to loud voices qnd doors slamming through 1 am.The area was good with lots of shopping around.
