The hotel is well outdated. Needs a whole new refacing. The area around the hotel is terrible. Very sketchy. Day & Night. Hundreds of Homeless and if you turn at the wrong street.. who knows how you're gonna get out. The Breakfast was ok.. I loved the pressure of the shower. That was actually the best thing in this entire hotel. Would I ever come back to this hotel? HELL NO!! I wouldn't recommend it neither!

Great breakfast Toilet was dirty Staff very friendly I paid extra on Expedia app for 1 king bed, but they give me 2 full beds, even that I complained, they said that extra bed was for free…No sense

Buen servicio, mala ubicación.

It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved.

The hotel in general was good but we were not sure about the aérea.

Very pleasant stay only the check in was little too long with paper work and stuff . May be it is they security requirements.

The room smelled a drain, homeless around the property, unsafe neighborhood, the Hotel needs improvement. I do not recommend it !!!!!!’

Only one thing : the hotel must have a place to use the Cpu and printer . It is located in mini place that you can not write at all . It is incredible a great hotel without this condition these days

In Reception when you ask for few white pages in order to print in the ONLY ONE computer and printer have I had to pay it. It is incredible in this nice Hotel they do not serve in any way in this area . They have this computer and printer in a very tiny space that you can hardly try to write . I hope they change it. It is a nice hotel and have very good security !!!!!

Hotel excelente, bom atendimento, quarto limpinho e bem confortável, café da manhã muito bom, o único ponto negativo do hotel é não ter estacionamento, no mais, recomendo bastante.

Nesse hotel, durante o horário comercial, fica um funcionário plus size que usa óculos nada amistoso na entrada do prédio, o qual não te cumprimenta, tampouco responde o seu cumprimento. Realizei o check-in com uma atendente e recebi o cartão magnético de entrada da habitação, mas quando abri a porta o quarto estava ocupado. Verifiquei que o quarto em que me hospedei não estava adequadamente limpo. Acresço que nesse hotel a maioria dos controles remotos dos quartos estão quebrados e a sintonia dos canais é péssima.

Cafe da manha muito fraco, sem opções para pessoas com restrição como diabeticos . Pao de queijo com gosto ruim durante os 3 cafes da manhã que tomamos.
