Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was friendly and nice.

Needs an update and deep cleaning

The room was functional but the fittings very cheap and poor quality. There was just one thin metal hangar for a weeks’ stay and a single duvet on the double bed. No fridge nor kettle. Breakfast had good selection and quality. Dinner selection poor. Room service poor and tray charge exhorbitant

Nice location, easy acces , nice view from the room with the corner room.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The coffee lounge on the 12th floor is truly something we would like to see always. However, the room furniture is basic and I did not have warm water the night I arrived

We visit Aarhus on a regular basis and normally stay a this hotel however, this time was a complete disappointment. Had we known that the restaurant and bar were under renovation, we would have chosen differently. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. Comwell not up to the standard that we were used to. Sad.

Convenient location, good breakfast, nice corner room view.

Amazing, probably the best hotel I have stayed in ever!

It's not the location, the room, the amenities that makes this hotel incredible. It is the staff! Anders Jensen and his collegue made our stay to be 5 stars. So kind, so helpful, always with a smile, ready to guide and help you. Even though the room was a bit old, needing some paint as they were scratched off the walls, and there was no kettle in the room, we would stay here again because of them! On the plus side, the view from the room was incredible. Parking was easy! The city is very different from the rest of Denmark, it's beautiful like all others but quite dirty and neglected, which was sad and extremely surprising, so it's wonderful to go back to this hotel and be received with so much joy and care.

Vi kom forbi på vores bryllupsdag, og selvom jeg nævnte det for receptionisten, gjorde hun ikke vores dag ekstra god ved at tilbyde en drink eller lign. Det var lidt skuffende.

Super fint lille hotel som er super central placering i gåafstand fra de fleste seværdigheder. Ca 5-7 min gang til Trevi fontænen og 10-15 min til den spanske trappe. Receptionen på hotellet er åbent mellem 09.00-18.00.

Virkelig lækker morgenmad- og en god beliggenheden! Værelset var dog lidt småt og sengen hård.

Vejarbejder omkring hotellet, svært at finde frem, og mest ingen advisering på forhånd. Arbejde og deraf larm pågik både helligdag og weekend. Blev ikke oplyst omkring rengørings proceduren eller mangel på samme.

The room temperature was too low and couldn’t be increased even after turning the selector.

Fint ophold til prisen. Parkeringskælderen under hotellet var ret lille, så man skulle parkere et par gader væk. Hotellet var rent, men der var lidt pletter på gulvene, så børnene skulle ikke gå med bare fødder.

Stort værelse, god seng, venligt personale, lækker morgenmad

Dejligt hotel godt beliggende i Århus. Serviceminded personale, flot morgenmadsbuffet, godt værelse, hurtig ind- og udcheck 👍
