Overall I'd recommend this hotel to people. I'm going to list the pros and cons according to my experience (stayed 12 nights). + Friendly and helpful staff + Clean communal areas and good room cleaning + Car and bike parking is available + The restaurant has nice food and drink options for dinner, and the breakfast coffee was also of good quality + Nice garden area to relax, and pool was clean - I remember when booking this hotel through Expedia, the room size was advertised as 18m2. Unfortunately in person it was much smaller, I would estimate it as a 12m2 room. I also found the wardrobe was on the smaller side. - Some amenities that I thought were common, are missing. Specifically there's no mini fridge or kettle in the room, which is a shame as they would easily fit. - The shuttle service is only during weekdays and limited in hours of service. Thus it's very likely that it won't work with your flight schedule.

Very quiet, clean and calm atmosphere.

There was building going on and out side my window there was scaffolding with cigarette butts. Bed was not great and breakfast was average. Staff were pleasant but the hotel is not in a convenient location to transport.

A very welcoming, cost effective, modern hotel in a convenient location

When I booked, I was told there was a free shuttle to the airport. This was important since the hotel isn’t close to the airport. After checking in, I was told there was no shuttle on Sundays which completely defeated the purpose. I was told I could take a taxi for €60 or walk 15 minutes to a bus stop. Otherwise the room was clean and restaurant was good.

Liked: It was inexpensive. Did not like: The hotel is in France, no shuttle service during weekends. We had to pay about $110 Euros to get to the hotel and back. Cab fares are higher during weekends. Real budget hotel with no Air Conditioning and the windows are closed with alarms and cannot be opened. The hotel does not mention that the shuttle service does not exists during weekends and there is no air conditioning. I would not stay here again.

Hotel très correct, même si la chambre manque un peu de services (seulement une serviette, pas de bouteille d'eau ou de café dans la chambre, etc). Petit déjeuner classique et tous les produits n'étaient pas frais du jour. Je recommande, mais c'est plus proche d'un bon 2 étoiles que d'un vrai 3 étoiles.

Not bad for just a few nights. Just like any other hotel. Parking is free on site. Staff were friendly and informative.

No shuttle service from and to the airport on weekends

Excellent hotel. Comfortable. Quiet. Large TV with an outlet nearby so it's easy to plug in a streaming stick. Nothing nearby so it's only convenient if you have a car.

first shuttle back to hotel is @5pm. The closest Ibis is by airport but the one we booked at much lower rate is actually about 15 min. from airport and in St. Genis Pouilly France

Cosy. Good location near the nature reserve and tram into geneva. Good reception service. Friendly and always ready to help.

I had to cancel my trip due to a last minute medical emergency that would not allow me to fly (documented by my doctor). Because it was a non-refundable booking I was charged for the whole week, which is within their rights. But no consideration given for medical problems beyond my control. I will chose other accommodations for my future stays in the Geneva area and will avoid the ibis chain in other locations around Europe.

A comfortable stay, nice welcome and service, near to CERN

Very friendly waiter when we had dinner! And very nice man( manager?) came to ask if we wanted to change room after seeing my comment on hotel.com( i had mentioned the noise of the motorway) but i said it was very kind of him but not necessary. Actually,the room was quiet during the night.Very nice dinner too! We will definetely go back next year when we need to pick up/ drop our children from/to the airport on our ski holiday next year.
