They didn’t have the reservation, we had to wait and show them the confirmation number. Staff very nice.

Me gustó muchísimo la comodidad de las habitaciones, su limpieza y lo amplias que son. La comida del restaurante es algo cara, pero es muy sabrosa.

Beds we’re a little bit hard.

Wonderful resort-like hotel with all the amenities on-site, you wont feel like you need to leave. Multiple restaurant options, beautiful pool. Felt very private and safe. Delicious food and helpful staff wherever you go.

One SMALL water is in room daily. More water would be nice.

No air condition and is very warm at night

It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking. No one spoke English but we're patient with me using my phone translator.

We loved the staff, they were all amazing. The restaurants and food were all great. Walking the property to see the animals, flowers and landscaping was outstanding. Outside the property didn’t feel so safe.

App would not reserve 2 queen bed room for group larger than 2 people. There is plenty of space but they wanted to charge for “extra” people.

Very nice hotel. The only thing we did not like was that the staff were cleaning rooms at 6am and making lots of noise.

This hotel is great! One of the best I've stayed in. The staff is so friendly and nice. The rooms and grounds are clean and beautiful. I will stay here every time I'm in this area. Be sure to tour the coffee plantation that is owned by the hotel.
