The space and cleanliness of the room was unbeatable!! Our room was on the second floor and faced the golf course, beautiful. Loved the full deck and seating. The room had everything we could have needed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. Bed was also very comfortable We stay in Comox frequently and I never knew this place existed. We will definitely be back!!!

Room was clean, but the sink in bathroom did not drain properly. The tub plug was broken. The portable air conditioner is very loud and the lights dim when it turn on and keeps you awake. There where no blackout curtains so the room was very bright because of all the lights that were on outside of the room. The check out staff in the morning where great. Never made it to bar or the new restaurants was to late when I checked in. Location is great close to Airport.

Our accommodation was lovely, very modern and clean. We had booked a reservation at the onsite restaurant for our evening meal, our waitress was lovely but unfortunately the wait for our food was ridiculous, an hour for the starter, and hour for the main and half an hour for the complimentary sweets offered to us because of the wait and when it arrived it was one sweet to share! This place looks fantastic but they really need to up their game in the restaurant as it definitely lets it down.

Stayed in one of the cabins facing the golf course. The room was new and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were available to answer any questions via text which was unique and appreciated.

Nice spacious suite. Rooms were clean and the restaurant had activities in the evenings (Monday trivia night, live music on Tuesday) Food was excellent.

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay at the Crown Isle Resort in the Balmoral Villas. The villa was very spacious and the beds/bedding were very comfortable. The rooms and property are very clean. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner both nights (one in restaurant and one take out). The food and service were absolutely fantastic. The food menu had a good selection but not overwhelming with varying price points. The portions were very generous. We didn’t order any beverages from the bar but their wine/cocktail/bar menu also had many drinks to choose from.

We stayed in the cottages overlooking fairway. Heads up and beware of errant balls. Cabin was great. Bedroom doesn’t have any a/c or fan. Living room has both. Called guest services and they provided a fan and we were thrilled. No oven in kitchen so casserole we brought was no go. These cabins are stocked with most everything you could need. Ordered pickup food from onsite restaurant. Would recommend eating in restaurant vs pickup. We didn’t golf but used driving range which is also great Staff everywhere are friendly and helpful. We will return
