We had a great time during our stay! The cabin-style room was impressively spacious, which made it feel very comfortable and homey. We especially appreciated the large refrigerator—it was perfect for storing all our food—and the dining table provided plenty of space for both cooking and eating. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils we needed, along with a hot plate and an electric griddle, which made meal prep easy and convenient. The only minor issue was the lighting; the room felt a bit dim in the evenings. However, that didn’t take away from our overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Our cabin was comfy and clean. It seemed to be recently updated, as everythink looked new and fresh. The location was great for easy access to Yellowstone and the restaurants in town.

Cute cabin and located near West entrance. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff can be a little friendlier.

This property was okay. We expected more, based on the outside aesthetics, which were beautiful. Inside was another story. We loved the small porch with the bench seat, especially when it rained. The property inside was very dated and not laid out very well. There were two chairs to sit in, but you couldn't easily watch the TV, and there was no room to move them into a better position. The fridge was at least a foot out from the wall, and the TV was not easy to operate. At one point, we believe the satellite box overheated and it stopped working altogether, so we went to sleep. The beds were not comfortable, the water heater barely lasted for a single shower, and there were zero outlets available outside of the bathroom. The one we did use in the bathroom got super hot, leaving us afraid to use it. The hair dryer on/off switch did not function, so you had to unplug it between uses. This was a last-minute reservation and there weren't other options available to us. It served its purpose, because we were there to see Yellowstone, but I would not return to this facility if it could be avoided.

We stayed here for one night. The room was cute and clean. However when we were going to sleep the air would not blow cold air. We had it on cool high fan, tried to put it on low and constant air and it was blowing out hot air. When trying to cut the over head fan on it was on connected to the same switch as the light in the overhead loft. We slept in a very hot room with the light on all night.

Mix up upon check in and even though it was a mistake on their part they still charged me double pet fees.

Nice rustic vibe with friendly staff. Accomodated our party of 5, but property needs updating. Our cabin foundation seemed compromised, with sunken spots in floor water leaks from the shower in the unit above.

We found the hibernation station to be a convenient base for visiting Yellowstone National Park. We spent four nights here. The cabins and bedding were comfortable. It was convenient to the park's western entrance and close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

When checking in the first room given key walked in to an occupied room. Had to wait again 5 min for host to get off phone. 2nd room key given went to room and had a do not disturb sign up also occupied. Had to wait another 15 minutes for him to go personally check rooms to find one that was open. The third room ended up being an upstairs that were very steep and hard to carry luggage up. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Cute unit and concept musty smell though. Wont be returning or recommending especially after being handed keys to other peoples occupied rooms.

The photographs on the website were misleading. We rented a cabin to sleep 6 people. It was so small with no place to sit other than the kitchen table. We were under the impression that we would have a room with a sofa. When we booked the cabin, it was not made clear that the upstairs was a totally separate cabin. The guests in the upstairs cabin were extremely noisy in the mornings and late at night. At the beginning of our stay, I asked management to move us to a cabin with a sofa. The next day, I followed up with management, and they said they were working on it. I never heard anything back after that. Also, when we first arrived, there was not any soap at the bathroom sink and not enough shampoo in the dispenser. Even when it was full, it was difficult to pump out. In regard to the kitchen, there were minimal utensils with some basics missing, including scissors, a spatula and a colander to drain spaghetti. To top it off, the day before we left, one of the kitchen cabinet doors literally fell apart. It was not worth paying $500/night, and if we hadn't already paid, we would have tried to move to other lodging. On the positive side, we were conveniently located to Yellowstone National Park. Also, are cabin was conveniently located to the laundry room.
