I’m very happy with Los Cántaros and Boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would stay there again.

This is the second time we stayed in the Los Cántaros, we had a great experience with the staff and the rooms. We definitely used the hotel again.

Amazing!!

Casa los cantaros was a great place for my friends and family stay. They went above and beyond to find us a baby playpen and bathtub when i asked if they might have one around. They were always very friendly and great at helping us with whatever we needed. Only negative thing i can say is the water pressure of the shower was not good at all... i had to wait for weird hours to shower when i knew no one else was showering lol

I really enjoyed the ambience, decor, and quaint atmosphere. The whole staff greeted us helped us call a taxi and gave amazing recommendations on what we should prioritize visiting. The hotel is super clean and very neat. My mom is a tough critic when it comes to cleanliness and she said this was amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay that was so comfortable to stay at. Felt like home.

Our room was a large suite with a full kitchen had everything you would need Walking distance to Zocalo and hundreds of restaurants and shops

People who work there are very professional and welcoming. My room was very clean and everything worked fine. You walk about 15 mins to downtown from this place, not bad.

The hotel was fine but seems that they put me in the last room available. Next to reception and can hear the noises from people through the windows. The receptionist were helpful but at times there was miscommunication between us very few amenities could’ve had bottled water and breakfast was not included

Quiet area. Ok hotel. Lady at reception was very helpful. All receptionist spoke no English, making it difficult to translate and communicate. Property is not close to the main area of interest ti tourist. Especially when you are tired from walking you want to be close to your hotel to relax and refresh before getting out again. Far to go back and forth. 1 Coffee packet for coffee maker was provided in the room. After that you have to pay for next days coffee. Stone Floor was dirty on first day. Other days it felt like you always had dirty feet. Shower had mold and drain right in the center where you stood.

It was ok, but the internet did not work and the staff had a hard time fixing problems

Lovely hotel. We stayed in Maria Luisa suite and it was perfect. The space was great for four people. The staff was so nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, location is a short 10-15 minute walk to the town center. Good hosts, the beds are a little short

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Los Cántaros s an absolutely beautiful and entirely comfortable place to stay in this magical city.
