​I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was consistently clean, and the breakfast was delicious every morning with plenty of coffee and juice. ​My room (Room 311) was well-maintained daily, but it was the small, thoughtful touches that really stood out. One day, I came back to find my washcloths and tissues folded into beautiful flowers. It absolutely made my day! I didn't get a chance to thank the housekeeper for Room 311 personally or leave her a tip for that specific gesture, but I want the management to know how much those little things go a long way for a guest. Truly a great experience!

The room was nice although the toilet in room 175 needs repair

We only stayed one (1) night, the room was gorgeous, spacious and spotless. Included breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay here again.

The room 411 furnishings are new and modern. The bathroom spacious. All clean. The a/c operation is loud. The staff was efficient and nice. There was a lag in responding to my WhatsApp requests. Hyatt has put everything on WhatsApp. The bartender put tonic and lime in my vodka, but I asked only for vodka and ice. The room service chicken sandwich was tasty, but the delivery didn't include my glass of wine. When it was delivered, the bartender mistakenly expected payment for the wine, though the wine was included in the payment I had already made. That confusion was cleared up quickly.

Nice hotel, great staff, good location, public beach access convenient, unfortunately the roadwork made the pool deck noisy and dusty. Should end by June 2026

Everything was awesome

Room was clean, staff excellent. My stay was at a time where main hwy was being rebuilt and I never slept for one minute due to the sound of trucks and jackhammer and yelling the entire time. Choose your timing wisely!

The room was clean. I was bitten by something a couple times while sleeping. The breakfast was very good.

Room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very professional and they added fun to the room by creating characters out of towels.

Staff-very nice and helpful. Cleanliness-yes, absolutely. Room-clean with clean bathroom,etc. Great location-walking distance to everything. Unfortunately there is major road construction that was very noisy and inconvenient. Hopefully that issue won’t be forever but will be for a long time to come (1-2 years perhaps.)

Hotel was clean, rooms were great, beds comfortable and staff lovely. Unfortunately ( not the hotels fault), road construction made it very dusty outside and by the pool.

Delicious breakfast and spotless rooms! Very close walk to the beach (but be aware it's not safe for swimming due to undertow/currents, even though the water looks calm). Easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Truly a gem in San Jose del Cabo. Great staff, the breakfasts are varied and tasty, the room was really nice and the rates can’t be beaten. 5 minutes walk down a path to a beautiful beach. Ez parking.
