very good room and staff was AMAZING

A very basic and simple hotel that was clean, quiet and served it's purpose. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the usual options on a buffet basis.

This property could use a serious facelift.

We stayed for one night on the way to Val Thorens ski resort. It's good, basic accommodation. A bit dated, and no frills but fine for a night. It's up a hill - so be prepared for lots of steps if you decide to walk into town for an evening meal!

The warmest of welcomes from entering the hotel. Helpful in every way. Room was spotlessly clean. Decor is dated, but given the price and location, excellent value for money.

for the money paid , I got what I expected , I would go back again

Good for one night stay

It's quite a hike up the hill to Hotel Inn from the town (about 15-20 minutes on foot from the train station). There isn't much in the immediate area so - unless you fancy the slog back down the hill - you might find yourself with no real option but to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food was ok - nothing special, but our expectations weren't especially high. The hotel was quite quiet when we stayed overnight midweek on our way through Moutiers. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower was decent. Check-in an check-out was easy. The wifi was pretty patchy. All in all, for a one-night stay when passing through, it was ok but you probably wouldn't want to stay much longer.

We asked about if breakfast would be included when we checked-in and the reception lady told us 7:30am but didn't mention anything about the cost involved. Then we were billed with additional 18 euros! It's a very bad experience for my wife.

Clean, warm and comfortable room short drive from best ski runs. Short drive from the centre and station and most of all the price!!

I felt there was a really nice homely feel compared to other self-check in quick stop Hotels. Very good breakfast, definitely a higher standard than others of that price.

Possible the worst hotel that I have ever booked. I regularly stay in premierclasse and formule1 hotels so quite used to basic motorway rest stops. This is horrid photos on hotels.com do not represent reality. Do not book even as the cheapest option in moutiers it is not worth it.

Room on 2nd floor this time and was very quiet - last year ground floor was noisy. As already known a steep hill to reach the hotel.

We arrived after 2 long flights from South Africa, Moutiers was just a stop over on our way to Val Thorens. We had booked 2 double bedrooms and our friends had booked 2 double bedrooms. The manager could not find our booking eventhough we had a reservation confirmation on us. They eventually squashed us all in 3 bedrooms, my 19 year old daughter had to sleep on the bunk bed in our room. They blamed hotels.com and did not even apologise. After a long journey, we were sorely disappointed. It took ages to sort out and he almost blamed us. the reception smelled like rotten eggs and the breakfast was awful. Bad experience, never again.

Good value for that price.

Room was small but functional. Bedding was reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is extra. Dinner is also available (we did not use either). Town does have amenities if you have access to a car. Rooms were quiet and WIFI was available.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnels adorables et serviables. Le seul point négatif, si vous êtes à pied, le lieu est éloigné de la gare et des commerces.

Chambre impeccable, communication avec le gérant impeccable. Merci beaucoup (seul souci : la lampe principale est capricieuse)

Le check-in ne se fait qu'à partir de 17h car tout l'hôtel est fermé et qu'il n'y a aucune permanence. De même, impossible de les joindre avant 17h pour avoir des renseignements dans la journée. En revanche, le checkout doit se faire à 11h pétantes parce que tout est refermé après. Les murs sont très fins donc vous êtes réveillés dès que vos voisins commencent à utiliser le couloir... Bref, je suis contente de n'être restée qu'une nuit.
