It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.

Accidentally booked room here, as I thought it was closer to where I was going to be. Called and let them know, seemed to be understanding over the phone. Then upon contacting Expedia, hotel refused multiple times to give a refund for the accident, not a positive experience.

Lovely hotel with great facilities for a relaxing break

Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

We enjoyed so much our stay here, the location, the gorgeous views, the amenities, the spa, the pool the delicious breakfast (one of the best i have had in traveling & hotels experience)the service is immaculate , the staff is very attentive. Picturesque area, the hotel is perfect in a wonderful location. Breakfast was nice too as well as the restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to return in the future.

No elevator.

2 nights stay wasn't enough. The only difficulty we had was in finding the place in the dark, but once settled, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay. No complaints.

Goede keuken. Goed ontbijt. Schone kamers. Omgeving is niet typisch zwarte woud, maar wel mooi. Muziek in het restaurant is van een halve eeuw geleden. Tijd heeft hier echt stilgestaan. Prima voor een paar dagen.

We loved the the hotel was in the country but, at the edge of a smaller town. The hotel restaurant was great and the breakfast was wonderful. We will look into staying here again if, we ever get back this way.
