Stayed at the Gloria Izaro a few times now and always been a great stay. Friendly staff, clean accommodation and good food !

Good size rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.Its up a hill so could prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues but taxi's and buses are plentiful and very cheap

My towel rack was very high!! No place to hand wet towels outside on balcony… just two small things!

Great hotel, good food, good entertainment, and pool area is excellent, but the best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are a credit to the establishment. Location is a bit up the hill but taxi is 3 euros back up.

Generally a nice holiday. The air-con didn’t cool the apartment down though. Food was great but repetitive, often not enough staff on to take drinks orders and clear tables. But other than that we’d probable go back and would recommend as it was cheap.

Perfect week. Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Beach nearby. Hotel itself was lovely and restaurant and bar was good. Pool bar and food was good. Out of season so don’t know how busy it would be in the summer but an April visit suited us. We were a party of 4 adults. Lots of places closed but that didn’t bother us

Lovely set up. Stayed half board, food could be hotter but ok choice. Nice set up with friendly staff. Rooms basic bed not very comfortable. Good value

Attractive apartment hotel complex within walking distance of the port, old town and seafront bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms cleaned six days a week. Well appointed, kettle, all kitchenware, microwave, tv. Good walk-in shower. Quiet. Good value for money. Reception 24 hours. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent choice for Puerto Del Carmen - property is quiet and away from the main strip but only a 20 minute walk away ( 35 minutes on the way back as up hill ) The staff are all helpful. We were on a half board basis - good choice of courses with a chef to cook as required.

We loved Gloria Izara it was a great place to stay apartments were lovely and clean staff were very friendly and helpful the only downside for us was the area was very hilly

Excellent resort and location…. 2 minute walk from old town, supermarkets and bars. Staff were very helpful and approachable. Buffett dinner was delicious- we ended up cancelling our dinner reservations in local restaurants. We will be definitely back for sure.

Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable. On site facilities, pool, sun bathing areas are clean and maintained to a high standard. Bar, restaurant and pool bar are modern, and offer a wide selection of food and drinks at good prices. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Tables and chairs are cleaned thoroughly after each use to maximise customer safety, although Covid19 is now less of an issue. The complex is short walk to the centre of the old town and newer breach-front strip. Looking forward to returning before too long.

If you are looking for that perfect break then you are probably looking at the right hotel. Safe, clean, quiet, easy to access, and plenty of good food. Room service was very good and the pool along with the pool area was very clean. Enough sunbeds to go around even for UK style booking of sunbeds with towels.

This was our third trip to these apartments and, as before, the standards where excellent Staff are friendly and willing to assist, the property is well maintained and very clean and the food choices in the restaurant are very good
