Lovely well appointed rooms and one of the best cooked breakfasts in London. However, by far and away the best thing about the Hand and Flower is the staff. They are all fantastic, engaging and friendly. Simply cannot recommend enough.

What a lovely hotel and pub! We only stayed two nights but wish we could have stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and David was a wonderful host! The only downfalls were no lift and we were on the top floor and it’s a bit far from town but the charm made up for all of that!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Incredibly charming and the family room is super spacious with a king bed and 3 twin beds. Both rooms had plenty of room. Bathroom was also very nice and appeared newly renovated. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient, staff was always kind and courteous and the breakfast was REALLY good! Beds and linens were comfy and about 0.6 mile walk to tube which was convenient for sightseeing in the center of town. Come: lots of stairs to carry luggage to the rooms, which was challenging with small children, and about a 30 min tube ride to downtown and 50-60 pounds uber to airport for a family of 5. Overall a fantastic experience and if charm,price, safety and comfort are a priority (it was for us), then I would highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again!

Really lovely rooms above a nice little pub. Great character, great room with comfy beds (we all slept really well) and lovely air-conditioning during an unexpected heatwave. The location is great a little less hectic than some parts of London and felt quiet, but the best thing was the staff. Friendly, funny, great with kids and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return if we stay in London again!

Great to have Nespresso coffee. Nice large room although small bathroom. Great pub meal in the evening, and great breakfast - the (loud and older) breakfast 'maitre de' did the work of 5 young staff! 👏

On arrival met by lovely young lady who seeing I was on crutches made sure we had room on first floor as no lifts at this property. We had booked in for Sunday roast which was so good we immediately booked table for the next night. Choice at breakfast was perfect for us. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If ever we back in that area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. The guy at reception told me this after I already paid the bill and could not retrospectively rectify this ...

The room (1) was excellent, well furnished, in really good condition, and quiet. Pub located at the end of the approach road from Kensington Olympia station. Staff on arrival and the following morning were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality, well presented and delicious. The stairs leading from the ground floor to the 1st could have done with being swept, but the stairs themselves are wide and not too steep. I would definitely stay again, look forward to doing so, and would recommend.

Hand & Flower was such a nice, safe, place to stay in London!

I have been going to London for over 40 years. I know my way around a d the various neighborhoods. This hotel and staff are the best I've had. Great breakfast ordered from a menu to start tha day. The roomsa are spacious with a coffee pod and kettle. Also a frig with mineral water is a nice bonus. Several tube lines within 10 minutes also. Lovely area near Holland Park. Rooms are quiet, no noise from the pub. No elevators though. Planning on coming back in November. Chicago Brian

Room was clean and well appointed. Decor was great, certainly not like other hotels. Good breakfast. Good pint of London pride.

Room and hotel was great and cosy. There was a lot of dust in the hotel room though, probably because of the carpets. Staff and food were okay.

The family room was perfect, very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated . Check in was easy, all staff were very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was the highlight, we didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day! The lady who served us was so very friendly and accommodating to our youngest daughter who is a very fussy eater, ensuring she had a breakfast to enjoy !! 100% recommend staying . Very good check in experience - fast and friendly thanks to the man on reception (Jazz). Big room which was clean and nicely decorated. Only let down was I think the mattress was 2 singles joined together.
