The hotel offered what I needed. The breakfast was ok but it could of done to be topped up more often as quiet often there wasnt anything out.

The property is 12 miles from Bergamo. Looks like regular Motel 6 along the highway. I don’t know why it’s called Bergamo something. The restaurant at the hotel works only two days a week. Nazar restaurants or bars in the area. Basically speaking the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Efficient and professional staff. Very good breakfast. Easy parking. Quiet

This was a very good hotel to rest at before our flight. Swimming pool situation is confusing (need a cap for indoor pool, pay €15 for outside). But apart from that it was very comfortable and the young man in the desk helped us with many many questions. I would definitely stay again.

Basic hotel, but clean.

The only good thing about this hotel is the indoor golf and leisure centre next door! Front desk was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and completely absent in the morning. Room comfortable but not neariy enough tea/coffee facilities and zero milk provided! No shampoo/products provided either and for nearly €150 for 1 night I would have at least expected breakfast or milk in my room, oh and someone on the front desk to help when needed in the morning too! Kettle over boils and didn’t switch off nearly scolding me. Beds were comfortable and size of room decent but everything else was so poor and when I tried to speak to front desk re this they were rude and unhelpful.

The facility is clean and fairly up to date. I encourage them to switch from pastlic cups, which are bad for the environment, to cups from paper, or other recyclable materials.

Hotel super convenient, staff very friendly. The only drawback, the use of the pool is only possible from 8:30 to 12.

Excellent stay and location to airport. Hotel modern and friendly. Cleaners didn’t always top up essentials in room such as tea bags etc.

We arrived in the afternoon, got our check in very quickly because the reception was well organized. Our room was at the 1st floor, very nice, a TWIN bed room, with all the minimum comfort for a traveller. We even got a transfer to the Bergamo Airport, in the day we arranged it. The breakfast was BUFFET, but having something for anybody. The room was clean, had air conditioning, TV and fridge. We enjoyed our stay

Parfait pour une étape. Une douche qui fuit, une poignée de salle de bain qui me reste dans la main. Nous sommes restés très peu de temps donc imposasse juger le petit déjeuner. Il est montré des photos de piscine et golf mais aucune informations dans les chambres à ce sujet. Dommage

Hotel was great. We wanted to stay in preparation for a flight the next morning and glad we did. The hotel was wonderful and we enjoy the room. The room was big enough for two people with plenty of space. We also booked for the breakfast buffet the next morning and it was a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold options (plenty of options). There is one restaurant next to hotel so dining was good. We opted for paid parking as we have a handicapped person so had to be on entrance floor, but the free parking is on site and just above the paid parking (couldn't do stairs). you are 15 minutes from BMY airport and recommend staying here. Quite area and comment is easy. We worth the price.

Clean, comfortable, friendly

Very friendly staff who were always willing to help no matter what time. We initially didnt even know the pool was included so that came as a bonus. the rooms were cleaned and maintained every day and to a high standard. the breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from ($10) . also the fact the receptionists all spoke english helped. the views from the hotel were also beautiful and watching the sunset from our room became one of our things to do. Its around a 10min train to bergamo which you can board at st petro

GREAT FOR SWIMMERS BUT NOT FOR TOURISTS. The hotel does not have airport shuttle service despite what it says on expedia. Also they don't have a pool but guests are allowed to use the lap pool at the gym next door. It's very nice if you like to swim laps. The hotel is not very conveniently located for the airport or the high city if you want to do sightseeing unless you have a car. The rooms are very clean but the A/C didn't work. There was a mini fridge in the room but it didn't work either.
