During my five-night stay at the hotel, I experienced a very efficient check-in process that was handled professionally. The room accurately matched the pictures, with perhaps one or two minor areas for improvement, but overall, my stay was quite pleasant. I would like to commend front desk representatives, particularly Juan Diego, and the bartender/waiter, Fabio Humberto, for their exceptional professionalism and friendly demeanor. Their efforts to ensure I had a great time at the hotel were greatly appreciated. The hotel's location is convenient, with several shops within walking distance, notably close to Parque 93. Additionally, Uber rides from the hotel were affordable during non-peak hours. Given the positive experience, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if I return to Bogota, and I appreciate the great service provided.

Un lugar muy cómodo y centrico con muchas opciones de comida a distancia caminable.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones modernas y cómodas. Muy fácil caminar a restaurantes. La barra en el lobby es conveniente. La ducha pudo estar más limpia y la piscina no estaba disponible. Perfecto para un fin de semana y con un precio buenísimo.

Noisy area but amazing customer service. Affordable and clean. Breakfast in bed was a sweet gift. Parking is small but that’s normal in bogota. Customer service is sweet and kind
