Comfortable hotel in a good location. Beds in particular were very comfortable and the bathroom was bigger and better than expected. Staff very helpful, particularly since the room had not been 'made-up' when I arrived and the Manager had to step in to give it a deep clean and bedding change as housekeeping had failed to do so.

I had a double room with unsuited bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the hot water reliable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. I won't mention the joy of dragging my luggage up 6 flights of stairs 😆, but lack of a lift is to be expected at moderate-priced London hotels. Location was great, right next door to Borough tube station, and a short walk to Borough Market, the Globe Theater, and Tate Modern. Would stay again.

I got a room with a shower. The bathroom was spotless, freshly remodeled I would think. However, the bedroom walls were dirty, stained. I am sure it will look good if painted. The WiFi wasn’t available so couldn’t connect to the internet. Overall, I think it’s okay considering the price as it’s very affordable for London.

The room was good, couldn’t hear anyone else. Superking deluxe room is just two singles pushed together which was frustrating as they kept sliding apart and there was someone’s takeaway left in a shelf in the cupboard from the person staying before. Otherwise it was good

Clean. Easy auto check in.

Value for money option. No lights shining in from outside or blinking in the room (other than necessary). Surprisingly quiet. I was apprehensive about the mobile phone operated door lock but it worked without a hitch. The room was basic but bed and sink in the room clean.

I've stayed a few times here and tbh they are next level at everything. They are clean, comfortable, and accommodating. I love it.

All good. Great location. Leave a browser tab open to the hotel’s web app so you can easily remotely unlock and enter your room + the building. Building manager was friendly and helpful.

Could be cleaner

It was okay. Nothing special, the hallways were grubby and rooms were smaller than they looked on the website. Apart from that it good for a one night stay.

Staff: Elbis, one of the employees, was great and attentive. He provided us with extra towels upon request. Room: Clean overall, except for the carpet and rug. I was not aware that this booking required us to share a bathroom; this was not clearly stated. While the bathroom was not far from our room, it was still an inconvenience for us. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well due to noise from guests partying and going up and down the stairs. This room is best suited for college students.

Room clean and essential but shared bathroom

The room was cute and clean. The bathroom was small and a little strange without a complete shower door. There was a nice towel warmer though and the shower had great water pressure. The main reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because there is no lift or elevator and we were on the top floor making it very difficult to maneuver our suitcases up and down. Otherwise, great location right beside the tube station and very close to Borough Market and London bridge.
