Great staff and location

Excellent location

There was false advertisement with this hotel! There is no pool or any amenities. I did not end up staying there as that was the reason I booked the hotel.

We had a great stay during our trip to Cali. The location is excellent. Nice places within walking distance and road accessibleto everywhere, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. There’s a great spot just down the street with an amazing vibe. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very diligent. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were well maintained and in great condition. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! The rooms are super spacious and clean, staff was very friendly, and it’s located in a great part of town. Within walking distance from other cafes and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing hotel.

Excellent location in a pretty neighborhood surrounded by plenty of food places and entertainment and very close to avenida del rio to enjoy nature and art. Very friendly staff, very clean room; with 2 restaurants in the premises and very good free breakfast.

1- realizaron una fumigación 2. No avisaron sobre lo anterior 3. Entraron al cuarto, sin autorización 4. Dejaron un fuerte olor, debido por la fumigación 5. El lugar estaba inhabitable 6. Me ocasiona un fuerte dolor de cabeza, por ser un adulto mayor

It was ok

We had a great experience overall. The staff were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we encountered. The room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only concern we had was that our bathroom shower took a long time to warm up, never got as hot as the other rooms our family stayed in, and the water pressure wasn’t the best in our room the others were fine. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was in a quiet convenient location. The room was nice and spacious with a sitting area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good. Walking distance for tours, restaurants and shops.

Great location, TV or Wi-Fi didn’t work. They said it was under repair.
