I enjoyed a fantastic few days at this modern hotel not far from the center of Freiburg. Nice rooms, super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Always spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Vauban is a lovely friendly modern area of Freiburg with easy direct tram access to the city centre.

Fabulous place to stay

My family and I stayed at this hotel while we were visiting a family member studying at the Uni. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodations. The staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. The breakfast is excellent. It is right on the tram line, so we were able to travel all over Frieburg. It is right by a bakery, ice cream shop, drugstore, grocery store, an a couple of restaurants. When we are in Freiburg again, we will definitely stay here.

Overall the Hotel was fantastic. Train comes right in front so access to transportation couldn’t be better. Bed could be a bit softer. Hard as rock!

We had a great stay. The property was easy to get to, checkin and out was very easy and staff were very helpful and friendly. A huge bonus was the free transport pass we received from the hotel. The S-Bahn stop is right in front of the entrance which was awesome. Shops and bakery right around the corner too.

Nice hotel and great breakfast. It’s a little in a busier area so it’s not really quiet. But definitely a nice hotel and I would stay there again

All ok except that i was charged for parking in free car park.

This hotel is great for a city break, rooms very spacious and clean. Parking was not directly on the hotel site, but just over the road and pretty secure. It’s a shame it does not have a restaurant within the hotel, it means you have to go back into Freiburg every time you want a meal, which was sometimes an effort when you’ve been out site seeing all day. The tram line is right outside the hotel which is perfect for getting straight into the city, Freiburg itself is a fabulous city. We had breakfast on the first morning, and although it was good, it was really expensive per head. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, convenient, quiet but not at all isolated. We loved it. Staff was amazing.

I was able to check in early to freshen up as it was so hot outside. Spotlessly clean throughout with proper social distancing measures throughout. Reception staff so helpful.

Love the simple style and wooden interiors. I also admire the inclusive approach to staffing hotel.

We have stayed here many times and enjoy being here. It is super close to the S-bahn and located in Vabaun.
