Greeting at reception was lovely. Super helpful and efficient. All staff said hello in passing which made us feel very welcome. A brilliant evening stop over if you arrive in France after 10pm and don’t want to drive any further. Also dog friendly. We have two cocker spaniels. Very quiet although when our dogs saw the rabbits - there are loads- they were very vocal!!

Great location for the Tulip fields. Positive - comfortable rooms, bike rental in site, bowlibg on site, friendly staff, great steam room and sauna. Negative - service slow in the bar, pool wasn't available to guests on Saturday morning because of swim lessons and aqua fit. Woukd stay again.

Everything is good, except that the wifi signal is so weak its unusable

Drive to any shops or more restaurants. Hotel has a restaurant and small bar. We were given a handicap room so shower had water over half the floor. There was a strange smell in bathroom. Staff very nice. Hotel clean. Easy drive and quick to LeShuttle.

Useful stopover very close to the tunnel. Free parking, clean and rooms at a reasonable rate. Don't expect a character property. There is a restaurant but it looked pretty charmless so we walked for 15 minutes into Cite Europe, where there's a huge choice of food and drink outlets.

The staff are excellent and the food at dinner and breakfast really good. Excellent value for money plus gluten free bread available. It’s really close to Le Shuttle and we always stay there when returning to the UK now.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed, very clean room, friendly reception, free parking and 5 minutes drive from the tunnel. Uninspiring surroundings: there is a restaurant on site but nowhere close by if you want to seek an alternative.

Very convenient for the Tunnel. Super quick, friendly & efficient check in. Nice meal in restaurant, with great staff. Quiet room with comfortable bed, so a good night’s sleep Plentiful self-service breakfast.

Excellent overnight stop - easy acces from the Eurotunnel exit and a relaxing way to start one’s French trip

Have stayed in this hotel a couple of times and will again. Perfect for simple stay near Tunnel. This time we made it for dinner, which we enjoyed.

Food was excellent. Thank you Baptiste. Bar staff and server excellent. Receptionist excellent. Room fantastic. So easy to get to and minutes from the tunnel and shopping. Breakfast was way better than expected and wish every penny. Will return. Our new "go to" hotel for a quick stop over. Thank you

Great place for an overnight stay close to the Tunnel. We’ve stayed here on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Great restaurant with good services.

All OK. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was there was a slight smell from the drains.

We have stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed each stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable with a good shower. I take my own hairdryer now as the one in the bathroom is fixed and no real power but that is the only criticism. This visit they had run out of gluten free bread but I had some with me and they forgot to switch on the egg boiler so no eggs for breakfast today. The evening meal was delicious as usual and excellent value for money. We will be back!

It's a good hotel to stop off prior to taking the Eurotunnel or after. It's 10 minute drive to the entrance of the Eurotunnel centre. The staff is very nice. Very friendly. The place is child-friendly. It's accessible. It's quiet.

Great staff ... no air condition AND both of us allergic to dogs ... guess what? You could smell dogs in our room from previous users😒

Really good. Receptionist tried very hard with her English, the maids in the morning were very smiley and friendly. We felt very safe in this hotel, would definitely go back again. Easy to find from Le Shuttle. The signage could have been slightly better when on the business complex

It was a good stopover before getting an early train through the tunnel. We will use the hotel again.

Nice hotel, great that it has Tesla Super chargers which is why we book. Dog friendly and grass to let them out. Functional clean rooms.
