On arrival coming out of the elevator to our room there was a pile of laundry on the floor near our door . Our carpet in the room needed cleaning . Walls needed washing , stains . Room needed painting desperately. Glasses were not picked up or replaced during the 3 days . No bar of soaps in the bathroom . Am breakfast staff were lovely .

Small beds (twin room), noise from the streets, and you cannot use the spa without paying, change the name of the hotel if you can't use the spa, it is wrongly advertised. Also, you get charged 15 euros for each half and hour you want to late check out. In the 97 countries I have travelled to, this is the first place I have not been offered a free one hour late checkout.

Right next to train station but did not feel comfortable as a single woman waking the area

Near train station, restaurants, Old Port and a market. Wonderful staff! Small room! Great balcony! Super breakfast!

Good hotel for easy access to train station and 15 minute walk to old port. No complaints. Free breakfast was ok. Not fancy but good hotel.

Wonderful place. Book the 2hr. Spa, great way to relax after a day in Marseille. Breakfast was delicious and the expresso machine and homemade yogurt exceeded expectations. Great walk to old port.

Convenient location to the train station

Excellent location if you wish to be near the railway station. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. When walking into our room it smelt wonderful, it was a really lovely aroma , we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. One small problem for my husband who has mobility issues was the toilet was very low ( minor issue ). We arrived around two ish and the lady on reception at that time said our room would not be ready before 3 o,clock.

The location was great, right across the street from the train station. The rooms were small but clean. the breakfast was poorly monitored and not replenished enough. Staff was friendly.
