We asked the hotel to arrange an anniversary celebration, and they were so lovely. They put a heart decoration on the bed, the room was clean, and had a bathtub. They provided four bottles of water in the room. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and smelled nice. The atmosphere was great, quiet and perfect for relaxation. There was a meteor shower on the night I was there; you could see it from the balcony all night long.

The bed was clean and there was no musty, sweaty smell. The room was not too small. Overall, the price was reasonable. It was different from other accommodations in Khao Yai that said they were 5-star hotels, but the pillows and blankets were very smelly.

Tried the restaurant here and the food was awful! Not warm and simply too bland for us! The hotel is situated nicely among hills which we appreciated. But the staff were not helpful at all! Did not help with our luggage and did not make an effort to take us to the room. Nor were they flexible with the check out time even though the hotel was not that busy. Quite disappointed. We visit khaoyai often and I guess we will try a different hotel next time. Would love to recommend because of its location but the service threw us away. So if you want a so-so treatment from their staff but good location, may be! But no more for us!

Lovely, smiling staff The bedroom is very comfortable. But the actual room looks narrower than in the picture. Good atmosphere in the middle of a valley, cool weather all day.

The room was clean, but the bathroom's hot and cold water system was not consistent. The room entry system is by key, which should be improved. There was a swimming pool, leaves fell but no one cleaned it. Breakfast was good, delicious, lovely staff. In the parking area, there were no staff to facilitate parking. The bedding was good enough. In the check-out area, at 12:00, the staff called to ask about check-out at this point, like rushing the guest, a bit cruel. If it was delayed by 5-10 minutes, it wouldn't look bad.

The staff is very cute. They said that there was something special and they gave me a cake and a card. I was very impressed. The room was clean. Even though I booked a small room, it was very convenient. The atmosphere around the accommodation is very good. I recommend it.

Everything was good, except the hot water tap took too long to get warm/hot. We stayed in room number 122. The room is quite small, but still OK, maybe a little small for a family who brings a lot of luggage. The view from our room is excellent. 7-11 is a bit far from this hotel if you need to run for some errands.

The standout feature of our stay was the impeccable service provided by your staff. We were thoroughly impressed with their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a positive experience for all guests. However, I must bring to your attention some areas that we believe need improvement. The room we stayed in required maintenance, notably with an uncleaned shower head. Additionally, we experienced a disruptive incident when the fire alarm outside our room rang loudly one afternoon. Furthermore, we noticed a shortage of electrical outlets within the room, which proved inconvenient for our needs. The pillows provided were not as comfortable as we would have hoped, resulting in some discomfort and shoulder soreness upon waking. Moreover, we found that the room 's door and ceiling were quite thin, allowing sounds from the hallway and upstairs to penetrate our room, affecting our overall sleep quality. Despite these challenges, we want to express that we still enjoyed our stay. The positives, such as the excellent location, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service, outweighed the inconveniences we encountered in the room. We hope that this feedback is received constructively and aids in the ongoing efforts to enhance the overall guest experience at your esteemed hotel.

Good hotel, friendly staff, good views, but when I stayed there there weren't many people staying there so it was quiet and it seemed a bit less clean.

It was a great Stay! Super love with the room and the ambience of the hotel, close with nature the rock and the mountain also the hotel has a great views with very clean room an smells relaxing good. The hotel got a nice pool an you can lend the bicycle to explore the hotel. And one of the best thing is the staffs are great they are very helpful and friendly. I would go back to this hotel and recommend to my friend to stay here 💟.
