Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas (aunque pueden mejorar algún detalle como disponer acondicionador y shampoo en lugar de jabón/shampoo/acondicionador, 3 en 1...), impecable la limpieza. La comida bien en general, si bien en especial los restaurantes de especialidad pueden mejorar (nos pareció mejor la comida en el restaurante general). El gran punto a mejorar es el servicio del personal, virtualmente no existe, se ven sobrepasados y la verdad no atienden, creemos les falta algo de entrenamiento y sobre todo pueden ser pocos para la cantidad de personas a atender en los servicios en especial

I booked 2 rooms. At registration I told the person that our friends (room 2) would be late because their flight from Canada was delayed for 2 days. Our room and service were perfect. When our friends (room 2) arrived staff at gate and desk were very confused. Took long time to get them registered.

Room was clean and air conditioning was fantastic. Resort food was fair...even at the specialty restaurants. Only one beer available at this resort, so if you don't like it, there's nothing else. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very good for what it is. Air con was very effective, staff was welcoming and friendly, food was plentiful, bar lineups were short, facilities were clean, and four pools to suit various age groups. The food was buffet quality except for the specialty restaurants, so foodies may find it a bit lacking in quality, and sometimes cold and stale. Also somewhat crowded and loud, if that's not what you're into. Perfect for families and younger partiers, or older folks who don't care about those factors.

Staff was friendly and accommodating when needing help for a couple of room key malfunctions. Entertainment and shows were very good and entertaining.

Both of use got food poison after first dinner. Second day got worst, we needed medical attention in the clinic you guys have downstairs. Good attention by Liz the EMS working there. Lorena and Floyd Spencer

The property was great, food options were plentiful, but the staff made it memorable! From Maricruz bringing such joy to every meal we were lucky enough to see her, to Alex and Yunier behind the bar making tasty drinks quickly, to Abdiel ensuring the pool was safe and enjoyable, to Eleuterio helping us find a lost personal item and being so nice! For anyone traveling without children, the pool with the swim up bar is adults only and consistently enforced - we only really saw kiddos at meals. Overall would recommend!

The staff were nice and well trained. The facility was clean the activities were so much fun! !

Muy bueno

We’d give it minus 10 if we could. A loud, noisy party want to be hotel that blared music day and night. Read not relaxing for a restful vacation. We were booked for 6 nights and left after one night. Relocating was a wonderful decision. The food was cold and lousy, the delux room spartan, cold and from the 70s and the minibar had 4 soft drinks and two beers. One of which was taken after maintenance fixed the bathroom lights. Speaking of the alcohol, it was water down swill. This lousy hotel has a leadership problem as it is directly opposite other RIU properties we stayed at.

Good overall, but not much to do at night

Overall I enjoyed this property. my smart TV didn't work which was a bummer and I am not sure why this location didn't have an ATM but that was hinderance. I was satisfied with my overall stay there!
