The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

O hotel precisa de uma reforma; tudo caindo ais pedacos. O preço e’ absurdo. Não dei ‘0’ por causa da equipe e cafe. Nunca fiquei em um hotel onde você precisa remagnetizar a chave toda vez que retorna ao hotel.

The hotel changes the bath towels every two days and the bed sheets every two days, which is absurd for a hot beach town. And the breakfast is terrible.

The room was fine, the staff outstanding BUT the faucet water was yellow. Also the key card always out of commission… having to go to the lobby several times.

Good sized room and decent breakfast. But Wi-Fi in room was terrible and kept dropping out.

Felt like there was bait and switch because there's a beautiful picture for swimming pool on the Internet when we got there we were told that the pool is under construction

The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

They charge 100$ for the dog while it’s says pet friendly and it never said that they charge, parking was not available and they ask to pay 25$ for private parking, the room was not clean at all the sheets were so tinny and over used

Foi tudo ótimo! Um ponto a ser melhorado é a tv, que não é smart (muito antiga).

A limpeza do quarto estava boa, mas nao tinha tapete no banheiro e quando pedi informaram que eu tinha que pegar na recepção. O café podia ser melhor pelo valor da diária deixa muito a desejar. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Café da manhã ok, custo benefício

O hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício, localização muito boa, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis, destaque especial para Sheila e o pessoal da copa.

Hotel antigo, cama desconfortável, foi necessário pagar o manobrista por fora, 30,00. A piscina é pequena, não é do mesmo tamanho que esta na foto, um bom café da manhã.

Equipende funcionarios! Excelente atendendimento da Sheila. Parabéns pela funcionária.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Instalações antigas precisando de reforma. No corredor sempre tinha um cheiro ruim. Café da manhã fraco mas atende. Sistema de chave não permite mais de uma chave mesmo em reservas com mais de uma pessoa por quarto.
