The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the shower head didn’t really fit the holder and kept flipping downwards. The shower tray didn’t seem to drain very well and the whole unit could do with being updated. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast adequate.

This is not a waterfront property as advertised. It is on a busy roundabout. Nearest public transport is a 10 minute walk away, not a problem, but you have to walk along the side of a road with no pavement & cross over to the big shopping centre. Lots of eateries there. The hotel is next door to an Aldi. Breakfast is €11pp, you have to book. It is continental which is to be expected, but quite limited. Rooms are ok, nothing special, no safe or kettle facilities.

Ok for a one night stop, quick check in and clean room but Def needs more pillows. Rubbish night's sleep with a flat pillow.

It was difficult to find using Google

It is available for parking and near the Carcassonne Castle.

We initially had problems finding it due to our Satnav but it's so well located near Carrefour and the main road to the walled city. Excellent value for money.

It had very reasonable prices

It was okay. We got two rooms and one had a little kitchenette. It has security at night, you just call and they open the gate. It’s very close to shops.

Needed a quick stop on a long trip and took this hotel as easy to find and park, plus it was well priced. It’s out of town completely so don’t expect any views of the castle. I arrived late and the host was really welcoming, was happy to make me some food which was delicious. Very friendly clean and comfortable

Easy check in, spotlessly clean room, comfy bed and quick check out. What more can you ask for?

There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there is a large shopping centre with lots of choice very close
