Would suit a family with a car l

I had an amazing stay at this hotel — everything was simply perfect. The highlight was definitely the large, sparkling swimming pool, which was always clean and inviting. Surrounding the pool is a beautifully maintained garden filled with tall palm trees, creating a peaceful and tropical atmosphere. One of my favorite spots was the cozy terrace near the pool. It offered a great selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The service was excellent, and the setting made it feel like a little oasis. Another big plus was the stunning view over Maspalomas. Whether during the day or at sunset, the scenery was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful and well-kept environment.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We stayed in a studio apartment which was Absolutely massive! Immaculately clean, beds so very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Well equipped. Pools warm and super clean. Lovely jacuzzi pool. Plenty of sunbeds. Good, reasonable poolside bar, serving good menu selection, drinks and icecreams, good prices. Staff friendly. Water slide for kids. Two pools, bottom one with slide seemed to be more family orientated. Plenty sunbeds & umbrellas, and also shade from palms and pergodas. Some entertainment in the evening, but no mini disco. Aldi opposite, and a few restaurants a couple of minutes away. Taxis and buses right outside the hotel, as you really are away from Maspalomas and beach. Would recommended a car, as we did. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Absolutely wondwrdul, classy feel.

Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. Hotel: it's a very nice looking hotel with a great vibe though it was quiet when we went and you can see the hotel was built a couple decades ago and haven't been renovated too much. Still very nice though. Facilities: hotel had all sorts facilities, 3 pools, pool, mini golf, tennis, basketball and a good view of maspalomas including the dunes in the distance. However the heated pools weren't heated much and we're too cold unless the weather was perfect Staff: very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room on arrival. Overall: overall the value for money really can't be beat and had a great stay, just wish it was longer!

Went for a quiet and relaxing week of winter sun with my partner and the stay was perfect in all details. The villa was big and very comfortable. Breakfast is well served, great size heated pools. Hotel staff were friendly and kudos to the housekeeping, everything was so clean!! Highly recommend it

Just maybe the breakfast needs a bit of more options, not sure if I would stay again there

There is nothing we could fault during our stay. The property and surroundings were very clean and well looked after. The staff was very helpful and food was really tasty.

This property for a 3 star is exceptional value for money, beautiful grounds. I would suggest a car if your stopping here couple of restaurants near small pizza bar love and hate great. I think shuttles are available. Parking on site couple of euros per day, safe a euro a day. Pool sude food and bar good value not over priced. Plenty of beds, massive pool. All in all great value property.

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed with my sister and the kids and we had a terrific time! The pool area is lovely and so relaxing! The fact that the pools are heated is a biiiig plus! The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony terrific! We could see the ocean and the dunes. 😍 Special thanks to the lovely and kind cleaning ladies who do an absolutely terrific job and made our apartment look spotlessly clean each day! Thanks Palm Oasis, we can’t wait to come back!!!

staff very friendly, always cleaning going on everywhere.The place is spotless. I would recommend having a car as a bit out the way.

This is a gem of a find. The hotel grounds were very pretty, the pool was nice, clean and we did not have an issue getting loungers (we went off peak though). The villas were well kept and spacious. The staff we friendly and helpful at all times. There is a taxi rank around the corner from the property and a bus stop within short walking distance. Overall it was a good stay and we felt it was great for what we paid. The only negative was we had an issue with a cockroach in our room but that was not due to uncleanliness but common in the Canary Islands.
